Celina of Mother-in-law addresses pregnancy rumors after fans notice her recent weight gain

Former mother-in-law actress Catherine Kamau has been a hot topic lately as a section of Kenyans believe she might be carrying her second born.

Kamua, who is popularly known from her Celina role in the program, has been married for over a year now to Phillip Karanja though they haven’t been blessed with a kid yet.

On social media, she shot down the rumours during a question and answer session with fans.

“There have been rumors in our office that you are pregnant, I’ve been observing you of late,” the a fan said.

She replied laughing off the rumour: Ata kwa ofisi yetu. 

Another one wanted to know when baby number 2 is coming to which Kate was quick to say that she was also clueless.

“Ata mimi sijui kako wapi, kaki come nitakushow sawa.” she told the fan.

“He has never been a drunk” Celina heaps praise on her television sweetheart as he turns a year older

Patrick Oketch, popularly known as Charlie on Citizen TV hit  show Mother-In-Law, turned a year older on Wednesday June 13th.

Catherine Kamau alias Celina used to play the role of Charlie’s wife on Mother-In-Law before she quit the show. Charlie is a spoilt drunkard who stays at his mother’s compound on the Citizen TV show.

The role Charlie plays on Mother-In-Law has made many people believe he has insatiable thirst for the drink in real life. But apparently this is not the case.

Celina revealed Charlie has never even tasted alcohol in his life in a birthday message she sent him. She also reminisced about their days together on the Citizen TV show.

Former Mother-In-Law actress Idah Alisha has revealed the kind of friend Catherine Kamau aka Celina is. The actress says her BFF wouldn’t go to jail for her.

Celina and Idah Alisha (Olive) were enemies on Mother-In-Law when they were still casting for the Citizen TV program. Celina played the role of Olive’s step-mother.

In real life Celina and Olive are Best Friends Forever (BFF). Alisha says Celina is not the kind of friend who would kill for you but would rather be an accomplice in that murder.

Catherine Kamau popularly known as Celina got married to Philip Karanja on Friday. Akothee’s sent the newlyweds a hilarious message on their wedding day.

Celina and Phil exchanged vows on a Friday that witnessed drama in the political arena. The two lovebirds were enjoying their wedding day when police were engaging Nasa supporters in running battles.

Phil Karanja treats Celina’s son like he is his own flesh and blood. The popular director has opened up how he ended up cultivating a good relationship with his fiancee’s son.

Phil opened up about his relationship with Celina’s son Leon in a recent interview. He revealed that he developed a cordial relationship with the kid to the extend that he started referring him as dad.

“Dad. But it was not automatic. I had to earn the title. For about three years, he used to call me by my first name, then he changed and started calling me dad, I am yet to ask him what changed. I guess i scored major points somewhere along the line,” Phil replied when asked how Leon refers him.

He also revealed that Leon’s biological father was out of the picture. The popular producer stated that he’s so tight with Leon that even Celina at times feels jealous of their bond.

“He (Leon’s biological father) is not active in his life. We (Phil and Leon) are like brothers now. Our bond is so strong nowadays that mum gets jealous at times. Though i keep stressing that i am not his friend first, i am his father and teacher first.”

Phil asserted that he was never been burden by the fact that Leon isn’t his biological kid, he explained that he desired adopting kids since he was young.

“We (Celina and Phil) were friends before, so from the onset i knew what i was getting myself into. I personally have never had an issue with adopting a child. Even when i was young i would often say i will adopt children when i am older. I guess it boils down to one’s personally.
