It’s been a while since we saw Zari Hassan make headlines in East Africa. In fact, I think it’s the whole Diamond Platnumz family that seems to have lost their touch with fans; but again – out with the old, in with the new.

We can confirm that she now has a teeny tiny waist that she couldn’t help but show off on her pages. This comes days after Hamisa’s visit to Kenya where she hang out with co wife, Tanasha Donna; and yes, these young ladies are clearly giving Zari a hard time.

DK Kwenye Beat has not had it easy in these streets of social media. I believe the last time he made headlines was back when he was involved in a sex scandal that affected both him and buddy, Hope Kid.

Since then, DK Kwenye Beat hasn’t been as active as he was but I guess a scandal as big as that one would definitely change a person. Anyway a few months after his low key wedding, DK Kwenye Beat and wife announced to be pregnant.

They then welcomed a baby girl in January 2021 and to mark their baby’s first round around the sun, the couple stepped out for a photoshoot which they have shared on their online pages.

Don’t you just love romantic stories that sound something like fairy tale if not from a movie scene? Well, thanks to Mbusii Deh’s recent interview we get to understand how he he bagged his wife and why he remains the same person she first fell in love with.

The radio Jambo host revealed this during a detailed interview with Churchill where he narrated the various events; that led to him bagging a stunning young (minor) lady he met at a school in Kapsabet, where he had gone to act set books.

According to Mbusii at the time his wife was still in high school but the connection between them was real. Of course the two did not stop there as they continued to keep in touch until the lady finally cleared her high school studies.

Just like most ladies from Nairobi, Mbusii says his lady asked where he lived; and unlike most men who would have lied to maintain their image – the skinny man did not hold back from telling her truth – Korogocho.

To his surprise this did not push her away but actually made things even more interesting. Mbusii says he acknowledged the love was true after she went for further studies in Uganda And still came back to him – knowing very well he is broke and struggling.

So Lilian Muli was in Naivasha this past weekend celebrating her birthday with a few of her girlfriends; and a man, Jimmy Ngechu – who many believe might be warming her bed – that is judging from her body language as seen on the clip shared on her page.

Judging from the video, Lilian Muli is seen seated on the co drivers seat; but at some point she teases fans with a short glimpse of Jimmy Ngechu’s tatted full arm – probably just to prove that she hasn’t been lonely as people think. Wait, didn’t baby daddy walk out in 2021?

Anyway, I’m assuming Lilian Muli did not think her plan through as social media users quickly linked the ‘not so unique tattoo’ to Jimmy Ngechu; who by the way parades it (tattoo) on almost all his photos as seen on his Instagram page.

Lilian Muli denies alleged boyfriend

With blogs and fans linking her to the young Jimmy Ngechu, Lilian Muli has now come out to address this Ben 10 issues; and expected – she denied him like Peter did with Jesus on that fateful night.

Speaking during a recent interview, Lilian Muli said;

We are not in a relationship with everyone we take pictures with. I’m a social person and I like making new friends everywhere I go. What Mwalimu Rachel told Sailors after crawling back to her in 2021

Radio personality Mwalimu Rachel has finally opened up about her ugly ‘breakup’ with Sailors; a gengetone boy band she had been managing since 2017’ish.

As you already know, Mwalimu Rachel and Sailors became an item in 2019 on 5th April; after the boy band approached her hoping to push their song Wamlambez through her YouTube channel since the song was already a number hit in Kenya.

In July of the same year, Rachel however says she created another YouTube channel which they would use as they official page.

“I had to convince them that they needed their own channel and in time they would gain even more subscribers than me. They reluctantly agreed. And so I started the channel from scratch, went to Ngomma to have them in charge of collecting royalties and protect their content on YouTube.

Things however took a different turn towards the end of 2019 as they got poached by Black Market Label; which they signed a legal deal to but without Mwalimu Rachel knowing. Speaking about this in early 2020, the NRG presenter revealed;

Sailors, led by Miracle Baby, approached this record company and signed a deal with them. Without my knowledge

The drama and regrets

To cut the story short, looks like Mwalimu Rachel got paid for Equity, Ownership and Return On investment; but Sailors on the other hand started losing their touch with the fans hence their current silence. But oh wait, the pandemic also highly contributed to their fall.

Anyway about a year later, Mwalimu Rachel says that she was approached by the boys (don’t forget they took her to court and the messy scandal) hoping she would probably take them back.

Although the presenter did not share so much information on why they contacted her in October, 2021; it’s kinda obvious to see why they would crawled back.

Speaking during her recent interview, the radio presenter said;

I told them they first talk to their new label so that history doesn’t repeat itself.

I guess it’s just her being cautious after all that drama and like the saying goes, once bitten…..

It has been a tough journey for Mwalimu Rachel who parted ways with Gengetone boyband,Sailors. From what we gathered back then is that the boys went behind her back and signed a new deal with black market records; and being the one who was managing the group – Mwalimu Rachel felt played.

One thing led to another and finally Mwalimu Rachel finally let Sailors move on after they their paid for her services; not forgetting the YouTube channel she had given them to use for their music. Truth is, things really got ugly during the separation time and to some extend – they even took the matter to court.

Mwalimu Rachel spends night behind bars following assault on upcoming artiste

What many don’t know is what happened behind the scenes and thanks to a detailed interview by Mwalimu Rachel; we get to hear her side of the story and how it affected her as a person. Well, according to Mwalimu Rachel, parting ways with the Sailors boys not only affected her – but – her son who received death threats.

Speaking during a sit down with Cutizen Digital, the media personality made it known that the rumors claiming that she killed the boys career is false; adding that all along she treated them with motherly care.

I did not kill their career. People think I did and they have gone ahead and asked my bosses to fire me yet they know nothing about the story. Unfortunately, social media is the way it is and nothing can be done about that. I have always kept quiet because I’m not only protecting myself but them also. And they know this. You do not relinquish your motherly care because of turmoil, and that motherly love has always been there.

However since their relationship was based on business terms; Rachel says she did not charge sailors anything – but – the new music label which was now taking over. According to Rachel she only charged them (BML) for her YouTube channel which she says was Ksh 1.5 million back then.

As a business that has not binding contract or agreement with a third party, would it really make sense to just hand over logins? The simple answer is no.” “After all it’s just business, nothing personal, but I know there’s a proper way to do it. I estimated the value of that channel and the work my team and I put in it, at Ksh1.5 Million (I’m starting to think I underquoted). I was charging the record label so that they can take the ownership of this channel. I was not charging sailors.”

Singer Masauti is one of those artists we rarely find in controversial situations, right? Well, unlike most celebrities, this one (Masauti) prefers keeping his life on the down-low; until just recently when he gave fans a reason to talk thanks to a few vacation photos.

Peter aka Miracle baby has been making headlines for the past few days thanks to his recent post where he rant out at fans for asking about Sailors whereabouts.

Judging from his post it’s evident to see that both him and members of Sailors band not only feel used; but betrayed by the same industry and people that kept hyping them from the start.

However after their nasty split with Mwalimu Rachel, it only took a few months before the boys music career went under, like seriously drown; and now it appears that they continue to blame their former manager for their current state.

Away from that, back when Sailors was making headlines, booking shows all over Kenya and shining like the stars they are; turns out Peter Miracle baby was handling his financials the right way.

He confirmed this by unveiling a photo of the mansion he claims to be building his parents. Yes, from early 2017 to 2019’ish Miracle baby put aside enough money that enabled him to build a home for his aged parents.

Comedian Mulamwah has finally started opening up about his breakup with long term girl, Carol Sonnie.

This comes a few weeks after he revealed that his main reason for staying silent on the issue; is because he was afraid his revelation about their relationship would taint her image. And being the mother of his child – this is something he didn’t want to put her through.

Carol Sonnie’s disrespectful ways

Anyway during the interview we finally got to learn how Mulamwah’s home was operating on the low; and judging from what the comedian said – we can confirm this was no bed of roses.

This is apparently because he knew he had a replacement somewhere waiting for him to fail Sonnie before sliding in to take his place. Actually what he said was Jamaa flani who would step in and help Carol when she wanted something that Mulamwah couldn’t afford.

Comedian Mulamwah recently held a candid interview with Mseto East Africa where he opened up about his failed relationship with ex girlfriend, Carol Sonnie.

This being the first time he is addressing the issue on public, Mulamwah talked about disrespect, impatience, pressure and being looked on simply because he hasn’t made it yet. Well in his own words the popular comedian started off by explaining;

He made this known after revealing that one of the reasons that pushed him to the wall is the fact that Carol wasn’t patient enough to understand situations when he couldn’t meet some of her demands.

Seeing this of course her fans started sending congratulatory messages for having shed so much weight in just a few months. Others went on to ask for tips – you know, see if her workout and dieting plans can work for them too.

Sorry ladies, Pascal Tokodi is about to become a daddy about 2 year after he chose to settle down as Grace Ekirapa’s Zdaddy. Chest pains. Well, with a baby on the way it’s now obvious that Pascal’s aim is to grow old with his wifey who will now double up as the mother of his kids.

The low key couple recently shared news of their pregnancy leaving their fans excited and happy for them. This however came at a time when fans couldn’t stop asking Ekirapa whether she was barren or was having trouble conceiving.

With such questions, Ekirapa back then shared an emotional post telling off womb watchers; not knowing that 5 months down the line she would be heavy with her first child at 24 years.

To celebrate the new milestone, Grace Ekirapa recently shared a new post shared photo where she is seen wearing a blue matchy tracksuit; which I feel is also another way of revealing her baby’s gender and if correct- then I guess Issa baby boy Tokodi.

Jalango is back to discussing Arrow Bwoy and Nadia Mukami just a few hours after he outed their well kept secret – first pregnancy.

Well, if you remember well – on Monday 3rd Jalang’o openly confirmed that he had seen Nadia Mukami’s baby bump; a move that left Arrow Bwoy throwing shade at Jalango.

As seen on his social media pages, Arrow Bwoy did not mince his words as he bashed Jalango for leaking information that did not concern him. Through his gram Arrow Bwoy wrote,

Actress Jackie Matubia is currently expecting a second child with her unknown boyfriend and boy is the actress excited! She revealed this through a video shared on her page and judging from the size of the baby bump; it’s only fair to say she is either in the second trimester or just got to the 3rd.

This comes as a big surprise since it’s been almost 6 years since she had her first child with a certain guy identified as Nyogz; and barely 2 years after this – the couple had an ugly split that left Jackie Matubia back at zero.

However looks like she bagged a new man who is responsible for the second pregnancy and judging from how happy she is – seems like he might be the one!

The news comes hours after we confirmed that Nadia Mukami is expecting her first child with Arrow Bwuoy, while Pascal Tokodi and Grace Ekirapa are also pregnant with their second child; and of course not forgetting the popular Short and sweet dancer, Aggie who is very heavy.

Like I said earlier, baby fever season was definitely sometime around mid last year; which now explains the many baby bumps we continue to see on social media.

A few hours ago Pascal Tokodi and Wife, Grace Ekirapa confirmed to be pregnant with their first child; and dancer Aggie (from short and sweet dance) also announced to be pregnant – not forgetting Nadia Mukami who is said to be very heavy at the moment.

Well, looks like we aren’t the only ones who feel that Nadia is busy trying to hide her baby bump from fans – that is looking at the baggy outfits she has been rolling around in. Although the bump isn’t as big as that of Grace Ekirapa and Aggie – all we know is that Nadia’s puffy nose confirms there is a bun in the oven.

In the past we have seen Diamond Platnumz use and dump some of the most stunning light skinned women from East Africa. I mean, he went from Wema Sepetu, Pesh, Zarina Hassan; Official Lyyn to Hamisa Mobetto before wooing Tanasha Donna and dumping her for P Funk Majani’s Arabic daughter.

Yea yea I know there are more to the list but as for now we will concentrate on those who made it to the list of fame. Well, away from that turns out that over Christmas Diamond Platnumz was linked to Zuchu; following a few posts the bongo star shared on his IG.

Apparently the posts showed Diamond Platnumz dining with the fine Zuchu and since he chose to play songs like ‘Perfect’ by Ed Sheeran followed by ‘What I Want For Christmas’ made it look more like a romantic dinner date.

Frankie Just Gym it must be one happy man to have been blessed with his first baby girl about a month ago. Having raised boys for years must have made him secretly wish for a girl – and look, Corazon Kwamboka finally had one. Blessings on blessings.

Anyway at the moment we wouldn’t say that Frankie is enjoying his time with the newborn; but all I know is that daddy can’t stay away from his new baby girl since she also reminds him of his late grandma.

Barely a month after she was born Frankie recently decided to unveil the baby’s face in a family photo shared on his Instagram page. Although the photo is not an up close picture, we can still see the newborn’s face and yes….she’s Frankie’s twin.

Willis Raburu pens emotional love letter to celebrate late daughter’s 2nd birthday

It’s been two years since Maryaprude and Willis Raburu were blessed with a baby girl who was unfortunately born still.

Well despite it all, the two have been keeping their late daughter’s memory alive; and to prove this – on New Years Me Raburu decided to mark his daughter’s 2nd birthday on Instagram.

As seen on the emotional post dedicated to the late Adana, Willis Raburu went on to express how much he misses her beautiful face; adding that he still remembers the time he spent with her in the cold room – something that left his fans in tears.

Through his Instagram page, Willis Raburu wrote;

Happy 2nd birthday Adana. My angel. I think of you each time, I have. I miss you and your beautiful face. I will never forget it as I spent that time with you in the cold room and not even my kiss would bring you back! I guess that’s only in fairy tales. ???????????? Anyway on 31st, word had it that Eric Omondi and Sauti Sol had a nasty confrontation that led to the two parties exchanging words.

New Years must have been fun for many, that is judging from the number of events that were lined up for that specific night.

There are those who went to church, others clubs but most were out to party at the various events i.e the Konshen event; not forgetting the failed Omah Lay event at the coast.

However judging from the feedback given out by fans from all the New year events; looks like Konshen’s not only gave fans a night to remember; but the fans themselves also got to entertain themselves in various ways including – fights.

Well, I say this thanks to a viral video showing a couple of drunk girls fight during the Carnivore event; and the funniest part is, social media users are convinced that Babu Owino was among those who were involved in the fight as seen in a viral video shared online.

Looking at the video, one can say Babu Owino was definitely part of the fight; that is after his look alike appears on the clip for about 3 seconds before disappearing in the crowd.

Having seen the video himself and seeing how fans on social media are talking; Hon Babu Owino on January 2nd issued a statement distancing himself from the viral video as he wrote;

With due respect,I was not at the Konshens’ party,and the man purported to be me in the video doing rounds is NOT me.

According to Babu Owino, at the time Konshen’s was performing – he (Babu) was busy carrying out his husbandly duties on his lovely wife.

The time Konshens was performing I was also performing on my wife and she can attest to this.People at the Konshens’ party should also confirm that I was not there
