Cool kid cum singer Tanasha Donna is rumored to be the new girl Nigerian superstar Omah Lay is parading around; and if this is true – then Tanasha may have bagged the right man to build her career with.

The two alleged love birds have now been linked to each other for months; and the last time they were spotted together – is when Omah Lay was performing in South Sudan.

You many not be aware of who Adisa Ibikunle is; but believe me you, without him Nairobi night concerts wouldn’t be the same because – well, he is the channel that connects top African artists with their Kenyan fans.

So yes, Adisa Ibikunle who is the Chief Executive Officer of (BSP) Promotions; is the main man who has enabled the likes of Wizkid, Joeboy, Kizz Daniel, Mayorkun, Naira Marley, Reekado Banks, Skibii; among others to perform in Nairobi.

And since we already know that new kid on the block Ruger will be performing on Saturday, 18th September; well guess who is the main man behind the show – again, Adisa Ibikunle. So yea – without Ibikunle most probably Nairobi nights wouldn’t be the same.

Journey as a promoter

Well despite the current success – the 35 year old promoter says his journey has not been so smooth with ups and downs here and there. Speaking to popular media outlet, Adisa Ibikunle went on to say;

Harmonize’s appearance keeps changing with time and I can assure you that it has nothing to do with age!

The guy is still quite young – I’m thinking 28 years but his body; damn his body has started to look like that of a tired 40 something year old all thanks to the drugs he has apparently been using.

Don’t you miss the old days when Kenyan music was representing everywhere? Okay, I wasn’t really old enough to be allowed in a club but all I know is that most radio stations; from KBC, KISS 100 (Kiss FM and Easy FM (Nation FM) among others couldn’t stop airing Kenyan music.

However with time, things have changed and the current generation has to deal with trash music. Well, not so trashy but truth is hakuna message kwa hizi ngoma since wanaforce kufit in.

But i must admit that I may have misjudged the whole music industry; because of a few characters (gengetone) that mostly choose to glorify women as objects in their music.

However this was before I came across Reinvention KE who have proved that Kenyan music is still alive; and needs just a little boost in terms of support from fans.

Reinvention KE bringings back authentic music

Just to prove my point, I recently had a chance to listen to ‘Deejay’ released back in June 2021 by Tipsy and Badderman the duo behind Reinvention and yes…I was impressed. From the lyrics to the video – you can tell that these boys have clearly mastered the early 2000’s Kenyan vibe. And we love it.

Their latest song, Ayaya is however the legit hit that reminds me of the day’s Kleptomaniaxx ruled the airwaves. I mean, there is no grinding, nudity or any 18+ content making it a banger for all age groups; and the hook, Ayaya Ayaya leaves you singing along in the back of your mind.

So far the song has been receiving massive airplay on radio Citizen and the likes of Milele FM which have been on the forefront to support local music.

Well I guess, it’s been a while since we had good music; and thanks Reinvention we can finally get back to the old days music was all about enjoyment.

Actor Lenana Kariba became everybody’s favorite after he replaced the late Kone Nouhoum in Swahili telenovela, Selina. His role was to play the part of Reagan, a brother to Nelson better known as Pascal Tokodi.

With such good looking actors on the same show; I’m pretty sure the directors of Selina knew what they were doing; and look – this show actually remains one of the most followed TV series in Kenya.

Anyway, back to Lenana Kariba. Well, having entertained many through several local series i.e Selina and Auntie Boss, a sitcom where he played the role of Lionel; there are many women who noticed the young star and kinda secretly wished they’d bag him.

However turns out that Lenana has been in a serious relationship with Mzungu bae; who he married this past weekend in a low key Caribbean wedding.

First of all, I’d like you to forget Huddah’s old bikini photos shared back in the day. This is because this lady keeps aging like fine wine; and ~~uuuh~~ let’s just say God has been taking extra time to redesign her.

Looking at Huddah’s photos, I’m thinking we’re basically the same size (6) and are probably eating both healthy and junk food. But, problem is no matter what I eat, my food ends up ~~you know~~ in the toilet.

However Huddah’s body fat seems to be targeted at the right places; which explains her drop dead gorgeous figure.

Unlike her old self, Huddah lately seems to have added a little fat for her bubble booty; and her thighs – waah her fine legs look strong enough to carry her upper body!

Mlisema even men of God are human right? Well, Bishop David Mureithi of House of Grace has found himself trending thanks to his baby mama, Judy Mutave; who now claims that the pastor has anger issues.

Judy Mutave revealed this while on an interview with Massawe Japanni; where she revealed new information on her life with the man of God. Of course as we all know, the negative story is often told after a break up which brings us to Mureithi dark side as revealed by the mother of his last born.

Well, apparently the Bishop is a narcissist who doesn’t like being confronted; and if you do so, it ends ups in blows which he would later blames it on the baby mama. Speaking to Massawe, the BM said;

Mammito reveals why she does not wear underwear

Comedian Mammito recently went to Tz for an interview with Diva the bawse on Wasafi TV’s Lavi Davi show; and judging from how the interview went – all I can say is that Mammito is one big joker.

Yes, the lady was definitely born to be a comedian and so far, Mammito is entertaining East Africans quite well; and the best part is – Tanzanians seem smitten by her broken Swahili jokes.

Well – what can I say; the girl brings something new to the table; and unlike before, Mammito seems to be taking over a male deminated industry.

Although the interview went on for about 30 minutes (~~of Mammito struggling to keep up with Tz Swahili~~); at least we learnt that she has been with Butita for 4 years and counting.

So far we understand that they’re are so fond of each other to a point she apparently even takes a dump in front of him. Talk about real love, right?

Anyway during the same interview Mammito got a question from a fan inquiring how many pairs of underwear she owns; and to our surprise – turns out that she actually doesn’t wear panties! Okay…I know it’s a thing with women but yoooh – who saw that coming!

Maureen Waititu reveals why she moved out of her mum’s house at 18 years

Maureen Waititu recently sat down with media personality Terryanne Chebet for a candid interview; allowing fans to learn one or more things about the popular vblogger.

Well for those who didn’t know, Maureen Waititu was born a hustler; and unlike most young women who depend on their parents for everything; Ms Mo says she started working at the age of 16 years – inorder to make a little extra something for herself.

By the time she was 18 years; Maureen Waititu goes on to reveal that she had already started her first official job as a waitress. Which made her independent and I’m guessing at the time she wasn’t getting paid much; but despite the little she made – this enabled her to stand on her two feet.

I started working when I was 16 and moved out of home at 18. At first, I would volunteer at our church office, you should have seen my CV back then.

Life as a waitress

Although Maureen Waititu didn’t get into details about her first job, the lass says this job opened an opportunity for her to own her first ‘apartment.’

Speaking to Terryanne, Maureen opened up saying;

When I was moving I had saved some money working as I waitress. My first house was in Mathare North, it had a small sink, a bathroom and a restroom. I had a budget and I remember a friend referring me to Mathare North.

Well, just to prove how much of a hustler she has always been; Ms Waititu made it known that by the time she was 19 years – she had already bagged a new job as a PA.

For a minute Zari Hassan almost convinced us that her circle of friends are mature, busy and drama free people.

However, just like most women, they too have drama; and scandals involving men and the gossip is way nastier than that of real housewives series.

Just a few hours ago, Zari shared a post telling off one of her former friends, Norma; who she claims has been gossiping her around. From the post, Zari not only threatened to expose the dirt she has on this former friend (Norma); but also promised to make sure the ex husband finds out the kind of woman he had been married to. Like I said, drama!

Media personality Anita Nderu is officially off the market; and is now someone’s wife following the traditional wedding that went down this past weekend.

Well, thanks to a few photos shared by her cousin, Sarah Hassan; we now understand that Anitah and her mzungu husband held a traditional wedding; to seal their relationship as they hopefully await for the white ceremony in the near future.

The traditional wedding must have come right after the white man paid off the bride price; which would legally make Anitah his wife.

Singer Vivian who a few months ago ( ~~like a year so~~); featured in one of the best gengetone Accelerator (serereka) songs; has apparently quit secular music to join the gospel industry.

This comes as a big surprise since we never saw it coming; but hey – at least the singer is not the first secular artist we are seeing pull such a move. Anyway, Vivianne made the revelation on her Instagram page in post where she wrote;

If I’m not wrong, Maryaprude really got hurt after partying ways with Willis Raburu; who clearly moved on so fast that fans suspect he had been seeing Ivy Namu behind his ex wife’s back.

But again, si tulisema hii ni Nairobi…wouldn’t be such a big surprise; but at the same time it would explain why Maryaprude has so much bitterness towards ex husband.

For months Maryaprude has hinted that getting married to Raburu was one of her biggest mistakes; but again, these feelings seem to have developed recently after their breakup which is clearly understandable.

Singer Willy Paul has had his share of drama with pretty, petite light skinned ladies in this town. Actually most of them are usually around 19 to at-least 24 years; which is the perfect naive age for girls who want to date ‘super stars.’

Luckily for Willy bPaul his charm never dies; despite the many bad stories that have painted him as a pretender for the lack of a better word; but I guess he often gets away because his prey is above 18 years. I mean look at Miss P.

Anyway after claiming to have been sexually assaulted by Willy Paul, not once or twice ~~I wonder how that works~~; the controversial artist is now talking lawyers after his image for ruined…wait image? Is Pozee not abit too late to worry about his image?

Veteran Bongo rapper Mwana FA survives horrific car crash

Back in the day when Bongo music was legit, we used to have the likes of Professor Jay; TmK wanaume, Juma Nature, Chege and Mwana FA among others.

Of course by now they’ve all retired (not so sure about Chege) but with how Bongo music has changes; none of the guys named above has been able to compete with the likes of Diamond Platnumz, King Kiba and the rest.

As for Professor Jay and Mwana FA they both ventured into politics where they’ve both been doing well. However things havent been so smooth for Mwana FA who is presently serving as the Chama Cha Mapinduzi’s Member of Parliament for Muheza constituency.

In 2020 Mwana FA was allegedly hooked to life support machines after contracting Covid 19; which almost robbed him off his life.

Horrific accident in 2021

Well having survived the pandemic in 2020; it appears that Mwana FA will also live to remember 2021 for the rest of his life.

This is after he survived a horrific car crash that has left his car probably written off; but what has surprised many is how he managed to walk out alive and with minor injuries. Announcing about the accident, Mwana FA through his page wrote;

Conjestina Achieng’s son shares details about his dad

Conjestina Achieng’s son recently surprised many with how fast he has grown; I mean, wasn’t he just 10 years the other day; and now he is a grown man working as a boxer.

Good for him; especially since he gets to carry on his mother’s legacy in the boxing world; and now that Kenya has not had many successful boxers putting our flag on international matches; I bet Charltone Otieno might just change this!

Growing up with single mum

Anyway so far we understand that Charltone was raised by a single mum, Conjestina; who never got to speak about her baby daddy during her glory days back in the day.

Well, could be that she fell out with the baby daddy before was Charltone born or immediately after; which could explain why the young man knows nothing about his dad.

Speaking to popular news outlet just recently; Charltone opened up about inquiring about his dad’s whereabouts when he was 6 years; but as expected, Conjestina didn’t say much.

Speaking about this, Charltone said;

I asked her when I was 6-years-old. She said she will answer me when am old enough. Am now old enough but I can’t ask it, she is not at the right state of mind.

Clearly from the interview one can tell that the young man is okay not knowing his father; and having seen how his mum struggled before and after her illness;

Mike Sonko’s second born daughter takes a swipe at toxic family members

Out of the 3 girls Mike Sonko has, we only get to see Saumu and Sandra living their best lives; but not so much for Salma who seems to be the odd one out; who rarely appears on family portraits not forgetting events.

However thanks to her social medias we got to learn that her relationship with daddy, former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko; has not always been rosy and I’m thinking this has something to do with Salma’s late mum.

Vera Sidika is really high on those pregnancy hormones! I’ll admit it, we have never come across a celebrity who is obsessed with her own pregnancy; not forgetting the husband.

In most cases women from this generation continue to master the art of not owning a man; but not Vera Sidika who is head over heels with Brown Mauzo – a man she is convinced genuinely loves her.

Weuh Juliani must be having a hard time juggling his love for his new girlfriend, Lilian Ng’ang’a; and at the same time his worry – for being assistant for allegedly snatching her from popular politician.

Talk about guts! Yes, Juliani did the impossible – and just like that – he out vibed Machakos Governor; ending up with the lovely Lilian Ng’ang’a, a move that has left many applauding the young father of one.

However with everyone making fun of Governor Alfred Mutua; seems like the jokes are hurting his ego hence his new anger directed to Juliani.

Well, I’m assuming this because Juliani claims to have received death threats; due to his involvement with Lilian – and clearly who else would be willing to stoop so low? A man, whose ego has been bruised.

Anyway, just to prove how serious the matter is; activist Boniface Mwangi earlier today shared a new post about his friend Juliani where he wrote;

My very good friend @julianikenya was threatened yesterday. Someone called him and texted using 0773912088. He told Juliani to stop posting pics posed with his friend @ngangalillian, and if he continues, they will kill him.

Although it’s evident that rejection is one of those things the Governor doesn’t take lightly; seems like he is willing to risk it all for a woman who left him for a much younger man.

Boniface Mwangi on the other hand concluded his post by saying;
