Terence Creative has experienced online bullying and trust me; this has never been an easy experience especially now that he sees his wife going through such rough criticism.

For a while now fans have been throwing shade at Milly Chebby for having a big body but; what most don’t understand that most of their comments go unnoticed. This is after Terence revealed that his wife already grew thick skin when it comes to such comments.

The father of 3 went on to reveal this in a detailed post shared on his Instagram page where he wrote;

Churchill Show’s only Somali comedienne, Nasra Yusuf has defied the odds of her culture to rub shoulders with some of the biggest comedians and influencers in the country but to date, her father has always been against her career path.

Despite showing the skill and talent while at a very young age, the Somali culture almost became a stumbling block for a young Nasra Yusuf who found her place in the comedy art and ran with it.

Telling her story on Jalango TV, the Somali beauty admitted that unlike her dad, her mom has always been very supportive of her art in comedy. As for her dad, even though she has gained massive recognition from the art, he never wants to hear anything to do with her daughter becoming a comedian and has even never watched her shows.

A topic she has never sat down with her dad to discuss because that will only light a fire she might never be able to put off. Many would ask why? Turns out that Nasra’s dad expected his daughter to behave like the accustomed Somali girl who would sit at home and wait to be given off to her parents’ choice of a husband but Nasra would not conform to that.

“My dad expects me to be the typical Somali girl, to sit at home, find a husband and get married off. That’s it!” narrated Nasra Yusuf.

In fact, recently, her dad found out about her rumored boyfriend, Rashid and immediately rang her to question her about walking around with a man he is not privy to. Do you know, Nasra hang up on her dad and never attempted to call him back to discuss the same.

“I got scared so I didn’t answer him instead told him I’ll buy credit then call back. Until today, I have not called him,” Nasra hilariously narrated.

Citizen TV’s Monday Special was best known for it’s perfect duo, Janet Mbugua and Hussein Mohamed who would get playful when the need arose but when it was time for business, then they meant business.

We will forever remember their last time together in 2015 while at the Citizen TV studios, when a heavily pregnant Janet pulled a prank on an occupied Hussein hinting she felt something unusual with in her womb.

A shocked and not sure what to do Hussein, almost started sweating before Janet cooled him down, stylishly bidding him goodbye, giving room for a dear Jacque Maribe to step into her shoes.

However, soon after her exit, Hussein followed suit and in early October 2019, he was no longer part of the Royal Media Services team, leaving under unclear circumstances.

But none of that separated the TV duo from catching up on what was an almost 5-year gap, after recently getting spotted adorably hanging out together.

Mastingo is a locally-produced jam that dropped barely late July courtesy of Kenya’s cool kids, Chris Kaiga and Health CS Mutahi Kagwe’s son, Kahush.

A high-end music production that incorporated a bit of a spice of the 70’s vibe and a bit of contemporary with a range of luxury cars to showcase. A lot was definitely invested both in terms of time and resources to ensure a well put and seamless track of high quality production.

From the choreography, to the rap style, to the blend of color and the well-picked locations, this was sure a club banger amidst the tough times, fresh from the vocals of the two budding artists.

Just as the name suggests, the anthem was meant to refer to a certain style and way of doing things or carrying oneself as Kaiga explained, “Like that’s my style, that’s my stingo. That’s how we do.”

Soon as it dropped, the gem, produced by Scorpio, had amassed well over 10K views on YouTube. It was doing so well, Kenyan creatives had already come up with all sorts of unique dance challenges to it, within a matter of days.

‘Mastingo’ goes missing

Unfortunately, soon as it hit the market, the anthem is no longer accessible, with the two rap acts totally gone silent about what might have transpired but a quick search online indicates that the video is no longer available.

Despite having scaled the heights to gain massive public recognition, Sandra’s childhood was nothing close to rosy. Born in Mukuru Kayaba slums, a young Sandra would sell peanuts on the busy streets of Nairobi daily for 2 years, to support her family.

The fateful day

That became her routine while 8 years of age before she met her defilers at age 9. It so happened that on the fateful day, her mum having previously warned her against going to sell peanuts at Lunar Park, Sandra decided to test the waters and went to the park that day.

As night fall came, Sandra could not trace her way back home so she went to the stage and announced that she was lost and needed someone to get her back home. A stranger volunteered and drove her to his house and on getting to the parking lot, the man started touching her inappropriately.

They then went into the house, where his wife was breastfeeding at the time, so she took Sandra to a room where she slept on the floor. According to the film star, the man would occasionally come from their bedroom and into the room where she was.

Sandra could not understand the events of that night but the following morning, on getting home, her mum persistently questioned her about where she was last night but Sandra kept her silence.

It was around my birthday and long story short he went and hired a whole island for just me and him. I didn’t know he told me we were going to Dar es Salaam and we get there and we are chilling there for like a whole day and then there’s another Island we flew to on a small plane then got onto a boat for a whole hour. And it’s this really beautiful Island, it’s called Thanda. It’s really small in the middle of somewhere in Tanzania. A whole weekend. It was the most amazing thing.

Veteran Kenyan music producer, Tedd Josiah is not turning any younger. In fact, he is 50 years of age as of 2020 but if you think he is too young for his age, then you’ve not met his biological mom yet.

The self-proclaimed man-mom and forthright personality, after years of parading his all-grown daughter and wife, Regina Katar online, finally decided to officially introduce the beautiful woman behind all the generations that grace his timeline today.

Taking to the gram, Tedd recalled how his mom gave birth to him, her first child while still in her teen years. Forced to become a mom at her young age but she never despaired.

Growing up in the hands of such a loving woman, Tedd was taught how a woman should be loved and how a woman should love. It is through her, that he learnt to walk, talk and love and today, can run a thriving business on his own because of one person- his rock of a mother.

She might have been young then, but looking back and looking at what her son has grown into today, mama Tedd smiles from the deepest part of her being, as her producer of a son celebrates his 50th year on earth.

However, it is not the words, the love, the past or the story that grabbed attention, it is the graceful woman in the photo, the lady Tedd Josiah proudly calls his mom, the first mama bear who blessed generations.

At her young age Nandy already owns a Range Rover among other cars and now; the lady has a multi million mansion that has left many on social media pointing fingers at her.

Well, most claim that the money used to purchase this mansion is not legit as most believe she earned it through the use of black magic.

This comes a few weeks after a weird photo of Nandy at a ritual den emerged online leaving many with questions. For a minute we thought she was using the photo to hype an upcoming song; but we are yet to see any new projects from her! So does it mean it was leaked with other intentions?

It is one thing to get cyberbullied for your body size but it is another to be called out for about the same reason by a prospective employer. We all have a story of the fall before the rise, a step that was necessary to get us to the top.

Stories not all so pleasant to talk about but ones that we live to tell. NTV’s sassy news anchor, Olive Burrows has told her story, back when she was tarmacking for a job only to get turned away because she was chunky.

Having been known for her time at Capital FM, it turns out that the position never came on a silver platter. Recalling her first application to the Chris Kirubi-owned media conglomerate, Burrows got called upon by the tycoon for a meeting.

The ugly turn down

Kirubi told Olive to her face that he doesn’t like hiring fat people and that was as good as it. Only for 2 years later, to receive a call from the organization’s Editorial Director offering her an opportunity.

“I had applied for a job with Capital FM like two years earlier. I had even met Kirubi and then he said he doesn’t like hiring fat people. Then I thought that was done but then Michael Mumo who was the Editorial Director at the time, game me a call two years later,” recalled Olive Burrows during her interview with Nairobi News.

Turns out that Kirubi’s PA, had held onto Burrows’ CV despite the turn down and when an opportunity arose, she was the first person to click her mind.

“He told me “I have an opening, are you interested?” Kirubi’s PA never forgot me. I think she felt for me so she told Mumo there’s this lady we have her CV. He was at the time looking for someone to blog for him,” she continued.

Just like that, Burrows worked for Capital FM for a good 6 years where she reached her peak after interviewing former US president Barack Obama during his recent visit to Kenya before getting poached by NTV for her current role. Listen in;

Ruth Matete is slowly learning how to adjust to living without her husband Beloved John Apewajoye who passed on following a gas accident that occured at their home in Athi River.

Losing a husband while pregnant must have been the toughest experience Ruth Matete went through; however with time, she is learning how to accept that he is now in a better place.

After taking a short break from social media; Ruth Matete has made a come back using a never seen before photo shared on her Instagram. Having crossed into a new month, it’s quite obvious to see that September is Ruth Matete’s favourite month as seen on her caption.

Being the warm-hearted individual she is, Nasra declared she would not expose them.

Yaani all my hard work has been benefiting someone else????, my account has been hacked by someone who is very intelligent. The person didn’t change my login details, they didn’t change my name, they didn’t do anything to raise an alarm, all they did was make me work hard on the channel so that it benefits them.

Unknown to her, she made a whooping 100K for her hacker last month before she noticed and stopped posting content about 2 weeks ago but what hurts her most is how she will start from scratch, to build 50K subscribers again. Her humble plea was one;

Pozze has been known to be striving to emulate Tanzanian superstar, Diamond Platnumz, at one point trying to put together a look similar to the Bongo artist before it proved a hefty price to pay and a fashion too hard to keep up with.

Plus, fans were not going to get off his back, consistently accusing him of copying Diamond’s trends with zero creativity of his own looks and fashion.
