After surviving grisly road accident coming from Ayeiya’s burial gospel singer Mr Bloom drops new song to share his testimony

Mr Bloom who is a gospel singer is happy to be alive and kicking. Back in April 21 this year the singer was involved in a tragic road accident that saw the car he was traveling in roll a few times leaving some of his friends hurt.

Well, the singer is back with a new song dubbed ”he saved me’ he recently released to give thanks to God. The song has all the details that happened from the minute they started the journey from Nairobi to Ayeiya’s home and what happened a few seconds before the accident.

Judging from how fans are reacting to the song on YouTube, this is indeed a miracle as to how he survived. Checkout the new song below;

The American Pop/R&B singer and dancer who is currently riding high with his latest banger ‘Swalla’ is expected to jet into Nairobi, Kenya this week (June 2017) to participate in the recording of Coca-Cola’s flagship African music show: Coke Studio Africa.

Two of Africa’s hottest music producers: Masterkraft (Nigeria) and DJ Maphorisa (South Africa) will be tasked with producing all the African artistes and Jason Derulo, after which all the music will be performed and recorded live alongside Coke Studio’s highly talented house band. Last year, DJ Maphorisa produced music collaborations between Trey Songz and selected Coke Studio African stars.

Coke Studio Africa – 2017 includes artistes from South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, Zimbabwe, Togo, Cote d’Ivoire, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, DRC and Cameroon. The new season is set to premiere in different regions from September this year and will broadcast in more than 30 countries across Africa.

Song writer, singer and rapper Ekko Dyda is among the top artists who enjoy keeping their lives private. He just managed to bag the male artist of the year and now we have photos of the lady he goes home to every day and the mother of her two adorable sons.

She is not an average woman but a lovely lady who has also managed to keep off social

As we marked the 54th Madaraka Day on 1st June…a lady by the name of Nyaguthii did something most people would think twice before doing.

Well, Nyaguthii has been the talk of town after her photo of her carrying an elderly woman, Gladys Kagure found its way on social media. From the picture it’s easy to see that she took mercy on the 107 year old lady who was walking to Kabiruini grounds in Nyeri County where the celebrations were being held.

What has shocked many is that the the two ladies are not relatives but strangers who happened to bump into each other. But having seen how the grandmother was struggling to walk, Nyaguthii carried her back not knowing that her actions would win the hearts of many who now see her as a Good Samaritan sent down from heaven. Hessy wa Kayole guns down three armed robbers and issues a warning to the remaining ones (Photos)

Hessy Wa Kayole is not showing any mercy to the thugs terrorizing Kenyans and many other people in Nairobi. From what we know is that this unknown cop has sworn to eliminate all robbers and from his Facebook page you can clearly see that he meant what he said.

For the past few weeks he has been sharing photos of the criminals he kills and this weekend he happened to do the same. According to Hessy Wa Kayole, he killed three armed robbers who had earlier robbed a police man his money and a mobile phone at gun point.

Having dealt with such people before, he took no time to think twice before he shot them dead and from his message…Hessy couldn’t wonder what Kenyans were dealing with if these criminals have graduated to stealing from armed police men now.

He however issued a warning to everyone in the ‘stealing’ career and asked Kenyans to help him eradicate them as soon as possible. He wrote saying…
Meanwhile, this three guys attached a police officer usiku wa kuamkia Leo, within Ruaraka-baba dogo area and robbed him off his mobile phone and some cash. If a police officer can be attacked by thugs, how about a common mwananvhi that is not always armed like police officers??? Lakini wamejua hawa jui!!!

 

Well, knowing that Human Rights has been against his way of handling the criminals…he also had something to tell them. He said,

If we are guilty of exposing crime let us be. How many times have these criminals put innocent Kenyans at risk? How many times have Kenyans been robbed at gun point? How many times have our mothers, daughters and wives been raped by these merciless thugs??? We need change, we need to eliminate the bad fruits from the public… Sijui ni kwa nini human rights wanatufight…these guys wakiwapata they don’t care about your so called human tights…think twice, even thrice if necessary…we can’t bring swords to a gun fight…Kenyans can we count on you to expose these criminals?

Ringtone denies calling Khaligraph Jones gay!

Gospel singer Ringtone has come out defending himself after being ‘accused’ of calling Khaligraph Jones gay for bleaching.

Well, the singer has now denied this and claims that he referred to the act of bleaching as a gay quality when a man does it. However from his interview with Mpasho, Ringtone was heard loud and clear throwing shade at Khaligraph but now that the heat in the kitchen seems to be getting hotter Ringtone has to play it safe.

Ringtone said that: “To me there is no difference between kutoa tint ya khaligraph na khaligraph kuwa gay.”

However, speaking to Pulse, Ringtone said that he has no beef with Khaligraph and his statement was not personal at all.

“There is nothing personal about my statement that Khaligraph is introducing a new unacceptable culture into our industry. Bleaching or whatever you call it is not acceptable in Africa. Why would you enhance your look as a man?”

He went on to add that

“I never said Khaligraph is gay as it is being alluded. I only said that practices like gayism and bleaching are not so African. No wonder he has found himself fighting cheap wars with socialites about such issues. I think he has a problem and should simply turn to God.”

Why PrEP should not be substituted for Condoms

‘PrEP’ which stands for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis – is a pill taken daily by people who are HIV negative to protect them from HIV infection.

This however does not mean that one should stop using protection while having sex with their partners. Just to be on the safe side one needs to understand that PrEP only plays the part of protecting people from contracting HIV and from judging from how the number of people living with HIV has reduced it shows how reliable PrEP is.

But as much as it is recommended by various doctors, it is important to note that the only way to stay safe and sure is by always using protection – especially if one is not planning to get pregnant or if one has various partners which will help reduce catching sexually transmitted infections.

Even if you’re in a monogamous relationship, it can take a while for some STIs to show up on a test. That’s why it’s best to stay protected from STIs even if you add a ‘serious’ birth control method into the mix. If you’re using a barrier method that involves spermicide (like a diaphragm, cervical cap, or sponge), it’s important to double up with a condom since spermicide can irritate the lining of the vagina and other sensitive skin, making it easier to contract an STI.

Therefore doubling up on methods is the best policy. Also, not to mention good sex – goes hand in hand with good communication and trust. That’s why we are so on board with advising people on using protection whenever having sex.

For those who think sex is boring with condoms, let us remind you that you can make it sexier by staying safe.

The 2017 Groove Awards was all about fun, awards and fashion at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre in Nairobi.

Both gospel and secular artistes availed themselves for star studded event that has been trending for hours now. We are often used to seeing the ladies all glammed but this time around the men also came to show off their fashionable outfits.

Among those who availed themselves is Neomi Ng’ang’a, Avril Nyambura, Jacky Vike among others who did not disappoint at any given point. The red carpet photos making rounds on social can confirm that our ladies have mastered the art of dressing to kill at events and having them show up looking like a million bucks was just the beginning.

The men on the other hand looked dapper in their well fitted suits while others chose to mix in a little Ankara materials just to look unique. If anything, the event seemed more of a fashion event but…they all did it just fine.

This will be the first time the singer is performing the new song since releasing it a few days ago. Judging from how fans have been reacting towards the song, there is no doubt that his show will be way better now that he will be doing it in person and better yet, for free.

He will however be joined by Fred Omondi who is officially the MC of the gig followed by a few surprises from other celebrities. Losing baby fat has always been an issue to many women. Most tend to hit the gym a few months after giving birth and this somehow takes time to get back to their preferred body sizes.

One of them is teacher Wanjiku who welcomed her daughter about a year and has been trying to shed off her baby fat. Thanks to her social media pages we were able to keep up with the lass throughout her weight loss journey and judging from her photos taken at the Groove Awards we can say that she is now comfortable in her own skin.

The online society has no chills when it comes to trolling someone. They don’t care whether you are popular or not and most celebrities can testify to this.

Betty Kyallo, one of the most celebrated and talented female news anchors has found herself in a situation that has left her showing off her ruthless side.

Well, the beef was sparked after KTN’s official Facebook page shared a poster requesting fans to vote for Betty Kyallo as media personality of the year for the SOMA awards that will be going down very soon. The comments left by fans or rather haters have however left the news anchor showing us her ‘don’t care side.’

For the very first time Betty Kyallo decided to respond to the online trolls talking about how ‘their words would not break her’ in a post that was shared about an hour ago.

The Groove Awards ceremony went down last evening attracting both the gospel and secular artists to come celebrate and appreciate good music.

Well, the event is usually held annually and this year the likes of Willy Paul and Bahati were not among those nominated in any category meaning their would be new faces bagging the awards.

Anyway…Chipukeezy and Eric Omondi were among the celebrities who turned up with their girlfriends to come celebrate with the gospel industry and being among the funniest comedians we have in the country, Chipukeezy left many laughing after he decided to troll Bahati and Willy Paul.

Diamond Platnumz manager reveals the main reason the artist did not travel to be with Zari in Uganda

There are different stories making rounds on social media claiming that Diamond Platnumz and his baby mama are not in good terms with his baby mama.

This came after the singer failed to attend Ivan’s funeral in Uganda a few days after he confirmed that he would be present to support the boys and Zari.

Well, Salaam who happens to be Diamond Platnumz manager has come fourth to reveal that the reason they could not avail themselves for funeral is simply because at the time Zari’s family had already moved to the village where Ivan was to be buried. This made it hard for them to travel as Diamond had a few businesses he was to attend to and having gone to the village would have affected his plans.

“Pia wewe ungechorea bro!” Sauti Sol responds to Chiko Lawi’s online rant

Some may consider Damian Marley’s reaction towards Chiko Lawi rude but hey sometimes it’s good to excuses your right of saying NO when need be.

We all saw the video of Chiko insulting Damian simply because the artist had refused to talk or rather take a selfie with him. Chiko is heard throwing around the F word and funny enough he uploaded it on his social media pages. According to Chiko, Damian had refused to take a photo with a certain young fan and this irritated him hence their confrontation.

He went on to say that the reggae artist also insulted him and this is why he could not hold back. In his post shared on Instagram he goes on to say that never in his life has he been ignored by Sauti Sol or Nyashinski who are also superstars but shockingly Sauti Sol were not in agreement with his reaction towards Damian. They wen ahead to comment to his post telling him that he should have held his cool instead of ranting out like someone who does not understand how the industry works.

If you think your opinion is relevant in Femi One’s life then you thought wrong. She is one woman who does not advice from anyone simply because you think it’s best for her. The singer cum rapper revealed this in a well detailed post she shared on her gram early this morning telling off ‘wanna be friends’ trying to get involved in her life.

Judging from her post seems that her friends had started advising he on the type of songs she should be doing and how she should be dressing now that her career seems to be showing some growth.

She however made it clear that she does not need anyone telling her what she should or should not do with her life. For now their comments and advices remain irrelevant until the day she will ask for it.

The sexy Seyi Shay, an international recording artiste, song writer and performer has created a huge buzz in town as she is around for her first Kenyan media tour. During an interview, on the AfroCentral Show with Patricia Kihoro on Homeboyz Radio, she jammed to one of the biggest songs in the country, “SEMA NG’WE” by the amazing singer and songwriter Fena Gitu.

Word in the city is that Seyi Shay is very much interested in working with Fena Gitu, as we rarely see artistes from the West jamming to our local music. West African music has taken over the airwaves especially here in Kenya, and it is quite an achievement for our local stars to grace the airwaves of the West. Among other top East African artistes she would like to work with are Sauti Sol, Khaligraph Jones, Muthoni DQ and Diamond. She has already spoken to most of these artistes for a possible collabo.

“She has been one of my dream collabos for the longest time. I’ve followed her career keenly since ‘Murda’. You know a collabo with her would be off the charts!” this is what Fena Gitu had to say after the video of Seyi Shay grooving to Sema Ng’we went viral.

Money is not a problem when it comes to Mike Sonko balling for his children. In the past we have seen him buy his daughters cars among other things but for his son baby Osinya he decided to hold a grand birthday party to celebrate him as he turns 5 years.

Baby Osinya was adopted by Mike Sonko and his family when he was a toddler after his mother was killed in a terror attack in Mombasa. Sonko however took him and has been treating him like his biological son and judging from the life Osinya now lives…then I guess it is just God’s doing.

On his 5th birthday his parents (Sonko and his wife) held a party for him and from the photos I managed to get…seems that the Senator balled for his son’s big day. There was plenty of snacks and cake for the invited kids and apart from that the adults also got to have their fun since his home bar was fully stocked with various drinks.

Kisha Yvette Obura has become a celebrity over night now that everyone knows that she is the mother of Bahati’s 2 year old daughter.

From what we know is that Bahati never introduced her despite the two dating for over 4 years, just when the young singer was becoming popular in the gospel Industry. What we knew is that Bahati was just an innocent young man trying to build his career and truth be told, we all thought he was focused unlike his peers not knowing that the singer had skeletons in his closet.

Well, I guess we were all wrong and yes, he is not as different as the others. Bahati had a daughter with Yvette and from what we hear is that he went behind the young lady’s back and introduced their daughter without the mums consent to avoid having issues when it comes to him paying child support.

With the holy month of Ramadan here all Muslim brothers and sisters are now fasting and as usual, enjoy inviting friends and relatives to join them in the evening as they break their fast.

Well, I have managed to bump into a couple of photos showing Steve Mbogo hosting his brother in law, Jamal, Hassan Joho among other friends at his house for Iftar. Ramadan being a special month and one that promotes solidarity and brotherhood Mbogo’s family could not have done it better.

Judging from the photos most of the people who were invited to Mbogo’s house came dressed up in their traditional wear, Kanzu to observe a tradition that has been passed down to different generations thus helping to strengthen ties with many during the special month of Ramadan.

Former TV presenter Kamene Goro is said to have called it quits with her South African fiancé and is now back in Kenya just a few months after moving to Arusha where she was planning to start her new life with her husband.

Well, if you remember… Kamene Goro held her pre-wedding in Arusha on Saturday, March 5, 2016 and from what we heard is that she was given a white gold ring with a diamonds to mark the beginning of their new chapter as she awaited to walk down the aisle in September 17, 2016 in Genoa, Italy.

The pre-wedding was apparently held to allow her friends and relatives who could not travel to Genoa, Italy, to witness her wedding a chance to at least say they saw their ‘daughter’ wed.

However, things seem to have changed as word has it that the lady is back in the country after walking away from her fiancé for unknown reasons. Our close sources inform us that Kamene Goro’s relationship did not work out as planned as her fiancé turned out to be a “bad man” leaving us wondering what really went on.

Was she cheated on or did he abuse her? Well we are yet to know this but all we know is that she is back to hosting News at Ebru TV.

I reached out to the news anchor for more details but she was ready to comment about this though she confirmed it is true.

Ivan’s family blames Zari Hassan for their sons death and demand DNA for her 3 sons

Things keep getting hard for Zari Hassan as Ivan’s family and relatives have been giving her a hard time now that they blame her for their sons death.

Herbert Luyinda who is Ivan’s uncle and the one acting like their father right now claims that Zari is to blame for the death of Ivan as she put him through a lot since she walked out on him. Speaking to a popular Ugandan tabloid, Herbert says that Ivan always opened up to him about the troubles he was facing now that Zari had moved on with Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz. He said,

“As a family, we have no doubt that Zari is the cause of Ivan’s suffering that led him to die. Ever since the two separated, Ivan has never been the same. Our son loved that woman so much. He took care of her in all situations but Zari with her bad manners decided to dump him for Diamond. This disorganised him so much. He started developing hardships in his heath”

In other news, now the family demands a DNA of Zari’s three sons just to be sure that they are Ivan’s biological kids. From the videos making rounds on social media, Ivan’s friends and family are seen sideling Zari and her sons while at the funeral service held in South Africa.

Checkout Jaguar’s lavish house and huge compound located in Nairobi’s finest suburbs!

His wealth did not come overnight but through hard work and dedication.

For those who know Jaguar probably understand that he is among the richest artists we have come to know in this generation. He is not only a singer but a businessman who is currently venturing into politics and from the look of things, he is doing pretty well.

However, Jaguar remains a very secretive person who prefers to keep his private life off social media. This includes his family, houses and businesses…but luckily, I managed to run into a few photos of his Bungalow which is said to be situated in one of the finest suburbs in Nairobi.

Judging from the photos, Jaguar’s house looks pretty simple but from how he carries himself he probably used a lot of money to build this fine house that has left his online family talking. The house also happens to have a huge compound which allows him to park his fancy cars whenever he is at this specific house (yes he happens to own a couple of homes). Blessings on Blessings: ‘100 shilling couple’ reveal they are expecting their first child, checkout the grown baby bump (Photos)

2017 has undeniably been a blessing for Ann and her husband, Wilson. They became famous after getting married in a wedding that only cost them 100 shillings (each ring cost ksh. 50) hence the name “100 shilling wedding couple.”

Their wedding clip made rounds on social media and surprisingly they got sponsors who offered to give them a better wedding and at the same time were flown out of Nairobi for their honeymoon.

Well, a couple of months down the line and the couple now owns a mini supermarket and are also excited about their first child as Ann is heavy with child. This was revealed by a couple of photos shared on their Facebook page confirming that indeed they had been blessed with a baby who will be here anytime soon.

So far we are all aware that comedians and actors are paid pretty much well. If you doubt then allow me to change your mentality. Well, looking at most of them you will notice that they live some lavish lifestyle and of course some also drive some good cars.

Well, seems like Truphena who is popularly known from TRHK is among these well paid actors. I bumped into a photo of her posing in front of a white car that has left many speculating whether it is hers. She however did not caption her photo in a way that would confirm that she is the owner….but hey it wouldn’t have hurt to do so.

Zari Hassan breaks down during the late Ivan’s funeral service in South Africa

It has been tough for Zari, her sons and family at large to accept that Ivan Ssemwanga is gone. This has clearly been seen in the videos and photos making rounds on social media from the funeral service held in South Africa on Saturday hours before his body was moved to Uganda where he will be laid to rest tomorrow.

For those who did not think that Ivan Don’s death would affect Zari then they were wrong. Zari was spotted breaking down helplessly during the funeral service and despite having her friends with her, the mother of 5 could not hold back her tears.

The memories, laughter, tears and times she shared with her late ex husband always kept them close when he was still alive. They coparented in ways no one understood and seeing her break down was enough proof to show that they still had some connection.
