Saumu Mbuvi is back to attacking her baby daddy Senator Anwar on social media; and this time around she claims ex husband had his girlfriend attack her at popular joint where she went out to celebrate her birthday.
This was revealed by Saumu in a post shared on her Instagram page exposing both Anwar and Aeedah Bambi for allegedly attacking her. On the post, Saumu parades her bloody index finger and middle finger probably hurt from the attack. Captioning the post she wrote;
Anwar shame on you!!! Sending your woman and her friends to beat me up on my birthday, leave me in peace.
The allegations made by Saumu come a few weeks after she exposed him for neglecting his daughter; adding that he had never been a father to their girl since he doesn’t know what and how she survives especially being a minor.
We also can’t forget that Aeedah Bambi and Saumu have been beefing for the longest time now – due to Anwar. From what Saumu says is that Bambi backstabbed her by stealing Anwar from her – despite having considered her as a best of friend.

Popular disc jockey Michael Ndung’u, popularly known as DJ Fully Focus, is the latest entertainer to be roughed up by authorities this past weekend while performing at a certain club in the city.
From the tweets he shared, DJ Fully Focus says the police apparently arrested him for playing loud music; something he believes he had no control over. Taking this to his social media pages, Fully Focus narrated his experience with police saying;
Last night I was arrested while in the middle of my set for “playing loud music in a club”. I was confused & angered coz it was abrupt w/ no warning & taken aggressively like I was a criminal
He went further to state that this was a form of harassment and disrespect to entertainers trying to make an honest living. According to him, this should be a time when sociaety understands that everyone is trying to bounce back following the economic struggles caused during the pandemic period.
It seems DJs in this country are treated like trash yet in good & bad times that’s who everyone relies on to keep them sane. When the world shut down it was via live streams & mixes. When the world opened it’s via clubs, bars & concerts. Most get paid peanuts & now this? NO.

From the other tweets, we also understand understand that Fully Focus was arrested alongside other DJs on that fateful Saturday but luckily we’re all released after a hour.
However he says instead of heading straight home, Fully Focus says he went back to finish up his session – just to get rid of the bad energy.

I didn’t want to go home w/ that energy & when I got back on, the cheers from those who stayed gave me joy & I finished my assignment. I’m grateful I went home safe but the other DJs who were also arrested from other clubs didn’t & that is not right, this needs to change for good.
Former socialite Pendo who doubles up as an artist had a tough 2020 following hotel drama in the coast region where her man left her with a Ksh. 208,000 hotel – forcing her to be arraigned in court.
Well, for those who don’t remember – back in 2020 Pendo found herself in trouble with the authorities after failing to pay hotel bill at English Point Marina. With the case in court, Pendo wasn’t allowed to speak on it until the bill was settled – and finally her man managed to clear it.
However what many don’t know is Pendo’s side of the story – on how she found herself in such a situation. But, speaking to Buzz central recently, Pendo opened for the first revealing how her prominent man (at the time) booked in an expensive hotel – only for him not to show up due to ‘business.’
I was seeing someone and this someone, booked a flight for me and my friend and booked us to the apartment complex. He was supposed to join us but said he couldn’t make it as he was busy. He said he could not make it due to ‘Business’.
Having had an on and off payment plan for the hotel – Pendo says this the bill accumulated in days; hence putting pressure on Pendo and her mubaba who at the time was having a few issues with his business.

The balance that he was about to settle so we leave, he said he did not have it and that he needed to talk to the hotel. The hotel said they could not let us go. So the bill continued to accumulate. The more he paid, the more we were being held since the bill was not cleared.
With no money to pay the bill, Pendo was then taken to court but was later released on her on a Sh100k bond or alternative cash bail of Sh35k. Probably because the said Mubaba was known and of course couldn’t dodge with the remaining bill.
However, when asked why she never revealed the identity of the man who sponsoring her stay at the beach hotel, Pendo said;
I am a good person, he is a prominent business person and I did not want to disappear because of 200k.

While I was in court, he didn’t care coz the worst I could do was mention his name.
They say motherhood is a full time job and I’m pretty sure Ivy Namu now understands what that means not forgetting what it takes to be a mum.
I’ve heard that it’s tough – there are days that include sleepless nights, fatigue and worse – tending to a sick baby and all you can rely on medication alone. Well, Ivy Namu and partner Willis Raburu have not been having it easy after their son fell ill recently.

From what she says is that she refuses to let society push her to becoming something she is not; that is judging from what she seen from female celebrities in the Kenyan music industry.

Their have been mixed feelings about Georgina Njenga and Tyler Mbaya announcing their pregnancy. Probably because most people feel that they’re too young – but again, they seem to understand what they’re doing – so why not?

Singer Bahati who is currently vying for the mathare parliamentary seat has opened up about his mum’s death for the first time; and believe me when I say – it was heartbreaking… nothing that a 6 year old child should witness.

Any for those who have been wondering about Bahati’s past – allow me to narrate his story that is judging from his latest interview with Wifey, Diana Marua on her show dubbed tell-all. Speaking about his painful past, Bahati said;
My mum and dad lived in Huruma, I have seen the good and bad times of Mathare. I remember I was six years old when I lost my mum. I was going to class one…it was on Christmas day. I think losing a mum changes everything. She was my only source of hope and the other alternative was to be left upcountry after her burial.

As a young boy with no mum to depend on, Bahati said his life flipped from bad to worse. Who was he going to depend on? How was life going to be bearable without the woman that made everything better even during hard and bad times?

So after the burial, I cried hard so I wouldn’t be left in Ukambani. I entered the pick-up that ferried my mother’s body to Makueni to come back to Nairobi. I had to come to the city and try my luck.
