It takes a lot to pull off a make up free face especially if used to wearing make up. So far we have the likes of Maureen from Elani show off her natural beauty and yes, she needs no make up to look beautiful.

Nairobi Diaries star Mishi Dora also decided to do the same but I can comfortably say that it is not what we expected. This happened after the lady shared a short video on her social media pages and since people can take screenshots, we managed to get a few of the photos.

There is nothing to be ashamed about the photos but it is good to note that Mishi Dora wears too much make up – which makes her look totally different.

Word on the street is that Chibu Dangote aka Diamond Platnumz sired a daughter with one lady by the name of Hawa a few years ago before he became famous.

Hawa is the lady he featured in one of his songs dubbed ‘Nitarejea‘ that was released back in 2013. During a recent interview with Udaku exclusive, one of Tanzanian radio shows – Hawa revealed that she has a daughter with the singer but due to his career, they decided to keep her on the low.

Away from that, Hawa recently had an with Global Publisher from Tanzania where she opened up about her struggle with cheap liquor (gongo) to relieve herself from the stress she feels.

The lady says she started using the cheap liquor since she is not in a place to buy good liquor. Her main reason is to forget that her husband of 1 year left her without saying where he was going and it has now been 2 years since she heard from the fella.

Anyway, right now she is pleading with her fans and the government to intervene as she is willing to quit the liquor but needs someone to do so.

When other artists are busy singing about topics that cannot help the society, the likes of Fena Gitu have mastered the art of coming up with lyrics that most people can relate with.

The lady recently graced the Buzz Magazine where she talked about a special message she received from Hollywood actress Lupita Nyong’o.

According to Fena Gitu, the actress is a big fan of her latest song ‘She Doing her Thing Tho’ which basically appreciates women in the society. The lyrics are also not basic but very inspirational and for this reason they caught the attention of the Oscar winner who later on sent a message to Fena.

Though Fena did not reveal the contents of the message, she told Buzz the following;

“I was happy when I received a special message from Lupita Nyong’o after she heard my song. She sent someone to deliver the message and I hope one day I will meet her. I also mentioned Victoria Rubadiri in the second verse and I just like the way she presents herself. She is very classy, simple in a nice way and she seems like such a nice person. It was a good addition. The two Kimani’s who I also mentioned in the song (Edith and Victoria) are doing their thing and they were very supportive when they heard the song.”

We can’t argue that Fena Gitu will go far if she continues dropping songs that carry positive messages!

Having celebrated her 3rd birthday a few weeks ago, her mum, Betty Kyallo recently shared a photo of the little girl rocking a ballet outfit which she combined with a Chanel bag.

They were just normal boys from the hood but never did they imagine that one day, they would be the best boy band in Africa.

Each one of them has a different story to tell but we all know that they share the same dream – and this is to be grate and inspire the youth.

Away from that, Bien Aime recently opened up about his phobia of crossing the road that was caused after being hit by a car a few years ago.

Talking to one popular news outlet (Plive) the singer said this happened along Railways as he was crossing the road – but unfortunately run into a drank driver who hit him causing the singer to lose 15 teeth since the impact made him land on the windscreen…he said,

 “Nishaigongwa na gari na nikapoteza meno 15, Niligongwa na gari hapo railways na mtu amelewa tu iyo barabara ya Kenyan Cinema kama unaenda Railways. Huyo mtu alikuja wrong side akanipiga kwa magoti puf! Sura ikagonga windscreen.”

However, looking at him now one cannot tell that the singer lost his teeth which were later replaced.

So Diamond Platnumz does not have just two children as he claims. In the past few months we have heard stories claiming that the Tanzanian singer has sired a few children with different women and apparently one girl (yes girl) terminated his child to reasons best to the two.

About Hamisa Mobetto’s pregnancy, that I cannot confirm since he already denied the story. But as usual when the child is here, we will find out!

Anyway, back in 2013 he released a song dubbed ‘Nitarejea’ but what we didn’t know is that he was dating the video vixen in that particular song.

In an interview with ‘Ubuyu exclusive’ the video vixen talked about their relationship and confirmed that Diamond Platnumz (Naseebu) knew about the baby girl and went on to say that mama Dangote actually brought clothes among other things for the baby – but now that he is famous, the singer has refused to recognize his child and has not been helping her either.

Khaligraph Jones finds a solution for his ‘dark’ hands, check out his light skin progress!

Bleaching, whitening, lightening. Whatever you call it, the business of cosmetic enhancement to make dark skin look paler continues.

So far there are creams, pills and surgical treatments are used across continents by darker-skinned ethnicities hoping for a whiter complexion.

But the problem, like most of those thrown up by the cosmetic industry, is often seen as largely as the concern of women but this is not the case. Khaligraph Jones has joined the list of men bleaching themselves and he is not shy about it.

After Kenyans trolled him for having a light face but dark hands….seems that he found a solution for his hands which have become lighter now. This was seen after he posted a few photos to parade his tattoos on his Instagram page.

The capital FM radio presenter recently graced the Launch of Fashion awards that went down at the Fairmount hotel in Nairobi stunting on those who were present at the event.

Jamal Gadaffi who also stepped in looking fabulous also posed with the lady and judging from how the two look – allow me to say that they complimented each other in ways we cannot explain. Though the renowned journalist chose not to wear a suit, his ‘bad boy’ look was enough for the two to steal the show.

This morning the lady shocked many after parading her Versace handbag that costs around $ 1,660 which is equivalent to Ksh 116,000.

This is however not the first time she is doing this and as much as many might assume that the bag is a knockoff, we highly doubt this since Diamond Platnumz has been receiving around 4 million for him to perform at events.

Truth be told, Jamal Gaddafi is not any average guy. He is not only hard working but one with class, has good taste in fashion and from what I hear…he also has a good personality.

Well, his younger ‘ brother’ who happens to be a male model is also following into his footsteps. He has great taste in fashion and has entrepreneurship skills as he owns a couple of business in the country.

Well, Tanzanian actress has left many questioning whether her new man is a bisexual or rather gay.

This comes a few days after Wolper shared a photo of her new man, Brown on her social media pages – to introduce him to her online family.

However, I bet she now regrets doing this as things turned out differently. Just after unveiling his face…an unknown person leaked a few photos of Brown hanging out with a fellow men as they enjoyed their selfies session.

Uliza Kiatu hit makers were yesterday involving in a road accident that left their bumper damaged as reveal on their social media pages.

They shared a photo to show how damaged their was and captioned it to thank God for helping each one of them walk out alive once more from the accident.

“Sasa hizi ndio gani aaarghh!!!”

This is however not the first time the boys are getting caught up in this kind of situation and for a minute I am now starting to question their driving skills. Sometime last year they also revealed to have been involved in an accident along road and announced this through their Instagram page as they wrote to say,

“Truly, God is our Healer & Our Protector. This morning we got into a grisly accident & we Thank the Lord that none of us got seriously injured but one thing for sure is, for that split second just as we thought it was our last God rescued us & reminded us that truly, if the Lord is With You then nothing can harm you. Word on the streets is that Dush Nyau hitmaker had some trouble at the airport after the police stopped him – to search his luggage as he was believed to be carrying a gun.

The rapper who was traveling to Eldoret ahead of his show was forced to delay for a while as they went through his belongings only to realize that he had nothing on him.

I made a point to reach out to the singer hoping to find out what had really happened.

Speaking to him on phone, Timmy Tdat confirmed that indeed he had trouble at the airport and from how he saw the whole situation is that they could have suspected him due to the tattoos on his body and the fact that he also has dreadlocks. Mmh do we call this discrimination?

Anyway, away from that the singer is currently planning on releasing new projects that will see him own 2017 like he did last year thanks to his several hit songs “Dush Nyau, usinikazie among others.

Popular Hart_the band might have been missing in action for a while now but worry no more as they are set to bring down the biggest show on Friday 14th as revealed.

The band popularly known for songs such as Uliza viatu, Masheesha, nikutazama among other will be bringing down Club Natives tomorrow courtesy of the Famous Friday event that go down every Friday at the lounge.

Among those who will be present is Fred Omondi who will be the MC among other comedians who are set to perform in between the main act. Unlike most events happening in Nairobi, the famous Friday does not require an entrance fee allowing those who enjoy Hart_the band music to turn out as many as possible.

Well, if you had no plan for this weekend then I bet Natives is the place to be!

This is the first time we are hearing someone claim that Avril from Kenya has no talent.

Well, not everyone will be your fan or support what you do and this what one Tanzanian singer by the name of AT did to ‘Nikimuona‘ hit maker during his recent interview.

According to A.T, Avril is just a basic singer with no talent and he questions why most Tanzanian artist always wish to work with her despite her lack of talent.

Speaking to CloudsFM in Tanzanian the singer says he discovered this after working with Avril in a song that is yet to be released.

This was however a few years ago and since Avril did not deliver as expected he opted to keep the Jam on the low as he feared wasting the good beat on a project that was not going anywhere.

We are not quite sure whether the two have any personal issues…. but all I can say that -it’s a shame to have a man like him speaking ill of a woman in public since once you disrespect a woman in public, then who will teach the youth to respect women in the society.

Being one of the best video producers in the country, J Blessing has managed to make a name for himself as well as mingle with some of the big ‘fish’ in the entertainment industry.

After he called it quits on Real House-helps of Kawangware…word has it that Njugush is now returning to our screens after popular actress Catherine Kamau shared a photo of the comedian on set.

This comes a few months after he opted to come up with short funny videos for his Instagram, as he waited for a better offer.

But it looks like his prayers were answered as he is now part of local TV drama Sue and Johnnie which was created by Catherine Kamau and her team.

From Catherine Kamau’s caption, we can indeed confirm that Njugush is now part of the growing show and if he continues to bring his A game, the comedian might as well steal the show thanks to his irresistible jokes.

Controversial gospel singer Ringtone has always been open his thoughts and as usual, he never filters what he says whether bitter or sweet.

In his recent interview with popular news outlet, Ringtone called out those bleaching their skins in order to look more attractive. This is however something that he does not support as he believed we were all created in the image of God. Speaking to Pulse, the singer said…

“If the Bible says you were fearfully and wonderfully made, why should you go on bleaching or doing other forms of body modifications? Are you a car?”

He went on to condemn the act by strongly saying the society should not entertain this…

“I mean, unless it’s there are healthy risks and out of doctor’s advice, why would you re-model your look. No! We can’t keep on entertaining this,”

Well, this comes a few weeks after Khaligraph Jones was trolled for bleaching…but did he really care? I guess not!

Sisi yuma yako wewe tangulia: Popular radio presenter given his last emotional send off

Seth popularly known as Bikira_wa_Kisukuma from Tanzania was among the celebrated radio presenters whose humor could not go unnoticed.

For years he entertained many and from what I have learnt is that he was a man of the people. He was not only friends with his fellow Tanzanians but also one that loved Kenya and was close friends with Sauti Sol.

Sadly, the fella passed on a few days ago and from the stories making rounds on social media, Bikira_wa_Kisukuma had already predicted his death and had accepted that he was soon leaving his loved ones including his young daughter.


Well, today his fans have been given a chance to bid the radio presenter goodbye at the Leaders ground where they will view his body before he is laid to rest.

His death was a major blow to the Tanzanian entertainment industry and some of his close friends are still struggling to believe that he is gone.

The head of marketing at Radio Africa Group Caroline Mutoko cannot stop praising her daughter now that she graduated from school and will be moving to a different grade come next term when schools reopen.

The proud mum shared a photo of her lovely daughter on her Instagram page attracting the attention of most of her fans who were surprised to see how fast Nduku has grown.

From how Caroline Mutoko captioned her photo it is easy to tell that she was one proud mum to have her daughter graduate from one different class to another. She captioned the photo saying;

Caroline Mutoko has been raising her daughter since she was eight months till date (6 years) and now that she is all grown up – the mum of one could not help but parade her lovely baby girl rocking her graduation attire like a boss.
