Peter Kioi is one of Jeff Mwathi’s closest friends and he has been pushing to see justice for his late friend. If that isn’t a friend, I don’t know what is. His friend met his end in a brutal, gruesome manner which shocked the entire nation.

Jeff Mwathi plummeted to his death from the 8th floor of an apartment complex and the impact was so hard when he made contact with the ground, that his brain matter “leapt” out of his broken skull.

Perhaps such a death for his friend is what has spirited Peter Kioi on to seek justice or perhaps it was the rumours swirling about that he was sodomised before he was killed. That’s right, its an angle DCI officers are pursuing because Jeff’s body was recovered with his pants around his ankles.

Whatever the case may be, Mr Kioi has been pushing to see justice is delivered for Jeff Mwathi and his family and friends. As a result, he seems to have attracted some unwanted attention from individuals who are threatening to kill him.

This threat to Peter Kioi’s life is a serious one and should be taken with all the somberness it deserves because whoever is threatening him is doing so in an attempt to pervert the course of justice in a murder investigation.

The DCI has already stated they have collected crucial evidence on the matter and are seeking even more to make their case against DJ Fatxo, his cousin and their driver airtight. However, it should be noted that during an interview with Mungai Eve, Peter Kioi clarified that his harasser claimed not to be affiliated with either his late friend or DJ Fatxo. That means that whomever it may be is a mystery.

The person harassing Peter Kioi however, did say that he wants t end his life because he is making life difficult for them with his constant inquiries into this specific matter.

DJ Fatxo is currently the talk of the town after a young man by the name of Jeff Mwathi perished at the premises where he resides.

The Speculation Against DJ Fatxo Has Gone Too Far

The police had previously ruled the matter a case of suicide, however, they have since come out at the urging of the Cabinet Secretary of Interior and Administration of National Government Kithure Kindiki to re-examine the which is currently still ongoing.

At the moment, DJ Fatxo is considered a Person of Interest along with his cousin and driver who were the last people to see the young man alive before he plummeted to his death from the residence.

Why the DJ Fatxo case is really scary

Although previously bullish he has now decided to lay low like an envelope letting his legal team do the talking on his behalf after he gave a rather ill-advised interview to the press.

What is of interest at the moment for us is the fact that there are three key lessons to learn from the entire situation revolving around DJ Fatxo and Jeff Mwathi and these are:

#1. Never go out alone
If you’re rolling with the new crowd it doesn’t matter whether they are your clients or work colleagues as long as this is an unprecedented affair and sure you go out with a friend. It is safe to say that had Jeff Mwathi been out with a friend neither he nor DJ Fatxo would have been in this predicament.

#2. Trust but verify
The truth of the matter is the fact that none of us is aware as to whether or not DJ Fatxo is innocent in the Mater. Investigations are still ongoing and it would be a sad day indeed if everything had happened to the fat DJ because he trusted these people: His cousin and driver.

#3. Not even men are safe
The unfortunate truth about Jeff Mwathi’s tragic passing is the fact that it dispells the BS account feminist often perpetuate that they and they alone are victimized. Here we have a young man who went out partying with people who we assume to be his friend or at least acquaintances, and sadly he met a tragic Demise I would not wish on even my own worst enemy. This is an indicator that Kenya has a problem and that is one of a criminal element. Criminals are creatures of Opportunity they do not target a specific gender they merely wait and lurk around hoping for an opportunity.

DJ Fatxo must have been wishing for better news, however, he has to contend with the fact that the DCI has announced that they have retrieved fresh evidence in the murder investigation of the case involving the late Jeff Mwathi.

The DCI has claimed they have retrieved what they suspect to be the murder weapon which they elected not to reveal as yet. They have since passed on their new findings to their forensic department which is looking into the DNA material found on it.

DJ Fatxo had previously been cleared by police officers who had closed the case claiming it to be a matter of self-deletion by the late Jeff Mwathi, a claim which riled up Kenyans into anger and they in turn pushed Kithure Kindiki, the Cabinet Secretary of Interior and Administration of National Government into tasking his charges to do a more thorough investigation.

The Speculation Against DJ Fatxo Has Gone Too Far

The DCI further revealed that they are embarking on the next subsequent phase of their investigations which will see them interrogating the suspects in the case. There are several persons of interest including DJ Fatxo himself, his cousin and their driver as well as the 3 women they had been partying with while in the company of the deceased.

Previously, when the matter first surfaced, the DJ shared some rather cryptic but insinuating posts on his social media saying things like, “The wages of sin is death”.

The father of the late Jeff Mwathi had pleaded with the government to look into the matter and it seems his pleas were heeded. DJ Fatxo has since given an interview claiming that he had asked his mother to reach out to the family of the deceased seeking to help them lay their son to rest to no avail.

By far the biggest story in the entire country is the murder mystery involving a popular Kikuyu vernacular DJ and artist, DJ Fatxo and 23 year old Jeff Mwathi.

The late Jeff, unfortunately, met his Demise after a night out with the DJ and his friends and his body plummeted several stories to the ground from the house he had gone to with a DJ the three ladies his driver and DJ’s cousin.

This murder mystery has catapulted DJ Fatxo 2 infamy and notoriety as his first reactions to water the happened seemed colours and uncaring but once the outfit had finally built up he changed his tune and tone and now sounds like someone who finally understands the gravity of the situation.

We are not going to go into the details as gory as they are of what happened what we are going to look at today is the fact that the situation has scared Kenyans who for a long time have taken it for granted that men are largely safe in our society. The one detail that is of interest is the fact that when his body plummeted his remains were found with the pants around his ankles. This has further served to heighten the morbid curiosity surrounding the case as not only was the killing a very brutal affair but now we have the added angle of a possible sodomy.

DJ Fatxo seems to be very well protected and Kenyans are waking up to the realisation that this is a terrible thing because he is an example of just how much the wealthy can get away with. Given that this is a murder investigation one has to wonder why he’s not behind bars yet as is customary to facilitate father investigations. This makes for a terrifying reality because it means in our shithole country the wealthy can get away with literal murder and then run to social media and post cryptic posts about the wages of sin being death.

Add to this the scary element that he was a young man who was hustling and was with DJ Fatxo because she believed him to be a potential client. So at this point, it’s becoming apparent that not only do we have to deal with corrupt politicians but we now have to deal with predatory members of our Society who will use any excuse to lower you to your violation and death.
