“I saw a man with a vision!” Reverend Kathy Kiuna reveals why she settled for her darling husband

Reverend Kathy Kiuna adores her husband, Allan and thanks to her live session with MC Jessy; we now have a few details concerning the Kiuna’s who have invested quite wisely through their JCC ministry!

Speaking to MC Jessy on a live session that went down on 10th May evening; Kathy Kiuna shared new details about her relationship with the Bishop. Back then when they started dating Kathy says she first said no after the bishop asked her out on a date!

According to Kathy she had no option but to play hard to get despite knowing that she was interested in Allan kiuna. However unlike now, back then the bishop was a struggling from a humble back; but his determination to go far was among the reasons why Kathy fell for him.

First date

The reverend went on to tell Jessy that after refusing to go for the first date; she was left hoping he would ask her for the second time and he did! However unlike before this time around she agreed to having lunch with him. As revealed by Kathy Kiuna they both went to Utalii hotel which was among the most expensive hotels back in the day.

Since Allan had no money; Kathy was then forced to pay for the first date and till date she has no regrets about it. On the live session, the reverend who is not only a mother but a grandmother to stunning grandchildren went to to advise the young women of today’s generation.

Kathy Kiuna insisted on the importance of couples building each other as that is  the only way to the real success! Women who pray for rich husbands were also encouraged to try building with the ones they have instead of focusing on earthly treasures. The reverend also went on to add that her husband back then was a simple man with nothing…but through his hard work things finally fell into place.

Malnourished goats

Just as example to show how bad things were; Kathy Kiuna happened to mention that for bride price her husband Allan and his family showed up with Malnourished goats; forcing her dad (Kathy) to swap them with his healthy fat goats to avoid the elders and village people judging their new in laws!

When you are gay and rich even churches kiss your a**! Kenyans tear into Kathy Kiuna’s JCC for hosting gay CNN anchor

There are at least 25 Bible verses about homosexuality, the scripture is very clear that sex between persons of the same gender is strictly forbidden and shouldn’t be embraced, at least not in churches.

You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination. (Leviticus 18:22)

If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them. (Leviticus 20:13)

On Sunday October 28th Bishop Allan and Reverend Kathy Kiuna hosted open gay Richard Quest at their Jubilee Christian Church (JCC) and Kenyans were not pleased at all.

Kenyans blasted the Kiunas for going against the scripture and openly endorsing homosexuality by hosting Quest at their church and even giving him a platform to address faithful.

Bishop Allan Kiuna lost mother same day as Dennis Oliech

Celebrated city pastor Allan Kiuna has lost his mother. She was 74 years.

The pastor, who is married to Kathy Kiuna, lost his mother Lilian Kiuna last Friday after a long illness. She passed away while undergoing treatment at Avenue Hospital in Kisumu. Footballer Dennis Oliech’s mother also died on the same day at her home in Lavington after developing difficulty in breathing.

Kiuna’s family didn’t share the sad news on social media but congregants of JCC have been gathering at the Church every 5 PM to give support to the family. Lilian will be buried today.

Reverend Kathy Kiuna couldn’t hide her joy after her last-born Jeremy Kiuna turned 18. The mother of three jolted down an emotional birthday message to Jeremy in a post on IG.

The preacher reveals Jeremy was born prematurely at only 1.1 kg and that he was also anaemic. The preacher says her son survived by the grace of God.

“A real tbt. When you see me dance and rejoice in God ‘s presence it’s because I know how awesome He’s been in my life. My son was born prematurely at 6 months at only 1.1kg. He was anaemic and went through a blood transfusion in his tiny frame. He was covered in pipes from his head all the way down and we couldn’t see his face. Looking at his little body there seemed to be no hope. He was born a fighter thou and no matter what was thrown at him he always fought back and surprised all of us including the doctors. Jeremy’s story cannot fit in one book. He rose against all odds and today he’s such a joy to our lives. He has a heart that can fit the entire universe. He loves deeply and is extremely sharp. So informed that you can engage him in any conversation and he’ll take you on,” wrote Kathy Kiuna.

Straight A student

Kathy also reveals that Jeremy is exceptionally bright despite his condition. The preacher says her son will be joining the university next year.

“Straight A student that graduates and goes to university next year,He turns 18 this weekend and for me to say happy birthday without giving you a little background of why you should celebrate with us would be unfair. So I don’t just wish you a happy birthday as a cliche my son. It is from the fiber of my being. I know God has amazing plans for you and that your life will impact the world in a great way. Keep fighting because indeed you are a winner by nature. May the joy of the Lord always be your strength. I love you more than words can say. You mean a whole lot to us as your family. May you live a long satisfied life changing life.”

Kathy Kiuna starts a new show on Citizen TV’s VOD

Reverend Kathy Kiuna is popular for her talk show which airs on NTV. The preacher has since started a new show on Citizen TV’s VOD.

Apart from preaching Kathy Kiuna is also a motivational speaker. Her talk show on NTV ‘Woman Without Limits’ gives women a platform to share their stories and also to inspire other people.

Kathy has hosted several celebrities on her show on NTV. The woman of God has now started a new show altogether on a different platform.

When a Woman Loves

Kathy’s new show is dubbed ‘When a Woman Loves’. The show airs on Citizen’s TV new Viusasa Video On Demand (VOD) App.

The new show is more or less the same with ‘Woman without Limits’. ‘When a Woman Loves’ features true stories about women and their relationships.

 

 

Back when Kathy Kiuna was a young lady with only one child!

Reverend Kathy who is a renown preacher and motivational speaker at JICC was recently celebrated by her hubby Bishop Kiuna who shared a photo from way back in the day when she still a young lady with their first born daughter on his social media pages.

The photo clearly shows how young Kathy Kiuna was and judging from how she is dressed…there is no doubt that she has always been keeping her outfits trendy.

Bishop Kiuna captioned the photo #tbt but from the comments, many praised Kathy for her beauty which cannot be overlooked.

Anyway the couple is now blessed with two grandchildren and a son who is now a teenager and probably already in high school. Below is the throwback photo:

The Kiuna family are among the families who have risen from humble beginnings to living the good life thanks to their efforts and ministry which has grown over the years.

They not only minister to their congregation but have learnt to live with each other as family. Away from this, the Kiuna family is said to be among the richest families in Kenya and this can be seen in the house they live in and cars they drive around.

Just recently thee Reverend Kathy Kiuna was spotted rolling around with her V8, one of the most expensive vehicles some of our celebrities own.

There is nothing that can beat love. As far as we all know the Kiuna’s are among the most popular couples in Kenya. They not only run a successful church ministry but inspire a lot of people.

Well,when they are not busy with their businesses the two prefer spending time at their humble abode. However I recently bumped into a few photos from a trip they took to the coast – and boy do they look happy.

From Mr Kiuna’s caption, the trip was to help them unwind after a busy year. Anyway, they continue to inspire many who believe in love and again set an example for those who don’t believe in love.

Bishop Allan Kiuna and Kathy Kiuna of Jubilee Christian Church (JCC) Parklands have become grandparents for the second time.

Kiunas’ youngest daughter Stephanie Kiuna also gave birth to an interracial baby just like her eldest sister Vanessa Kiuna who is married to her South African husband Robert Kovac.

Kathy Kiuna took to social media to announce that her daughter – Stephanie Kiuna had given birth to bouncing baby girl called Amanda.

David was so blessed until he asked God “is this your usual way of dealing with man.” I can understand him now coz god has blessed us yafu yafu,” Kathy Kiuna posted.

Stephanie Kiuna’s age has made tongues wag after her mother – Reverend  Kathy Kiuna publicly disclosed how old she is.

Bishop Allan Kiuna and Rev. Kathy Kiuna of the famous Jubilee Christian Church (JCC) Parkland are blessed with three kids; Vanessa, Stephanie and Jeremy Kiuna.

Vanessa is the first born and she is also someone’s wife; the law graduate is married to her South African husband Robert Kovac.

Stephanie and Jeremy are still under the care of their parents. Many people thought Stephanie was in her mid 20s but it turns out she is in her early 20s.

Folks on Instagram were amazed when Kathy Kiuna revealed how old her prettiest daughter is. She said Stephanie was only 21 years old.

New video footage shows the scale of the paradise that is Bishop Allan and Kathy Kiuna’s home in Runda

The founders of the famous Jubilee Christian Church (JCC) in Parklands – Bishop Allan and Kathy Kiuna live in a paradise in the leafy suburb of Runda.

There are several photos online of Bishop Allan and Kathy Kiuna’s residence, but none shows the huge scope of their palatial home.

Video footage reveals the scale of the paradise that is Bishop Allan and Kathy Kiuna’s home in Runda – a clear revelation of God’s blessing to His loyal servants.

The video which was taken from an elevated area shows Kiunas’ huge swimming pool and well manicured garden on the massive private property.
