Men, Learn From The Eddie And Paul Ndichu Downfall

I need all the men to gather around so we can talk about Eddie and Paul Ndichu’s downfall. No really, it is time for us to deconstruct the cockup that led to them being in a position to lose everything they have worked so had to build.

Eddie Ndichu Takes Time Off To Reflect On His Actions At Ole Sereni (Statement)

The main reason they are in this predicament is that they lack discipline. Everything being reported about them point to a pair of brothers who have never learnt to tame their impulses. And the video that surfaced coupled with the narrative that accompanied it point to this.

Paul Ndichu fight with unknown lady

According to the new whispers being shared online, Eddie and Paul Ndichu are debauchees but I am not here to discuss rumours. Rather, what we have seen that has been supported by witness accounts.

The two men are wealthy, tall and handsome, they have what women would desire from men. I mean, sure, they are fat slobs but in third world realities, money papers over such cracks. However, they seem to have a problem with taking no for an answer.

The two reportedly were out having a good time at Ole Sereni accompanied by 4 women who were part of their party. They saw a woman whom they found attractive -nothing wrong with that as men are hunters- and one of the brothers, Eddie Ndichu, made a move but was shut down. That was where their indiscipline shone through.

Rather than take the rejection in stride, he decided to cause a scene. Let that sink in. According to eyewitnesses and the alleged victims of their tirade, this is what sparked off the confrontation.

I have to wonder what the lady in question’s boyfriend was doing because a man must provide and protect for his woman and when the odds are stacked that high against you doing so successfully, then you must find a way to exit the scene. Paula and Eddie Ndichu apparently flummoxed the girl and her boyfriend.

Now they are ruing their decision because like a house of cards, the entire career and accomplishments they had built for themselves have come tumbling down. But what exactly can we as men learn from this?

For starters, we need to have DD or dingdong discipline. We need to ensure that we are in charge of our impulses. If you find a woman desirable, by all means, hit on her but if you get turned down, walk away. Do not pass go, do not collect 200$, just move on.

And for the love of God do not try and use the “Do you know who I am” line if you’re older than 6 years old! That line is played out and it is useless. It didn’t work for Paul and Eddie Ndichu and it would not work for you.

Do not escalate things. And even if you have found yourself in a fight, always try to deescalate things. Shut down fights before they happen. Had Eddie and Paul Ndichu used this strategy, they would still be multimillionaires with promising investments coming their way instead of battling public opinion like they are currently doing.

Men, use your heads. It doesn’t matter what you have accomplished, think as you will but in public, conform. Do not piss people off by being arrogant because when things get thick, you will be brought down by people you thought were insignificant who have it out for you.

But what do I know?

Why Janet Mbugua Is On The Spot Over Eddie Ndichu’s Behaviour

Janet Mbugua is back in the news for all the wrong reasons and what is sad is the fact that it is not because of anything she did but rather over the actions of her “better half”, the man with whom she chose to settle down with and start a family, Eddie Ndichu.

It’s tough but such is life, the minute you say “I do”, we forever tie your partners’ misdeeds to you. The inverse would also be true but it is not Janet Mbugua who is doing any of the misbehaving. Let’s get on with it.

Janet Mbugua pregnant?

Eddie Ndichu and his twin brother were allegedly captured on candid camera, engaging in a brawl that featured them allegedly slapping some ladies. Additionally, they attempted to break some vehicle side mirrors but stopped they were unable to destroy said items. The witness account of what happened, however, is way more interesting.

According to people who were at the party venue -Ole Sereni- the brothers had checked into the hotel with four women. Later on, while at the rooftop bar, they attempted to hit on other women not part of their party. I want to categorically say that there is nothing wrong with this. Men are hunters and they owe no man outside of their inner circle any form of honour. It is the women’s job to self-police.

What they however did that was egregious, is fighting with the ladies who turned them down. Again, allegedly. That was some sub-par reaction on their part. Does it deserve punishment? I am not here to pass judgement. However, it was “not a good look”.

But the thing here is, why hasn’t Janet Mbugua spoken up as unequivocally as she did when she was condemning other men like Shaffie Weru? Why does she only wear her feminist hat when it does not have any repercussions to her personal life? Why is she picking and choosing her battles?

Beyond that, there is the cloud hanging over her head as everyone wonders whether Janet Mbugua herself has been a victim of such actions. Has she been on the receiving end of the rage we witnessed between her and her (former) husband?

If so, then why did she opt to remain silent about his actions? Why didn’t she seek help and publicise his actions? That could have gone a long way in ensuring they were brought to book so no one else had to suffer at their hands. Social responsibility. Think of it like not reporting a murderer. If they go on to kill again, are you not culpable in some small part?

The Ndichu brothers

Anyway, another major reason why she is currently being mentioned by everyone is the fact that she is a public figure and she is the partner more known to the public. Newspapers got to sell and blogs need to get clicks. And I say that unironically.

There is also the fact that a lot of people are enjoying some form of schadenfreude. Seeing a lady who many thought was perfect, in a perfect marriage and in a perfect family was now falling from grace. Whether or not it is due to her own actions or those of her partners is immaterial. Have I missed anything? I don’t think so…

But it’s not all gloom and doom for Janet Mbugua. At least she has managed to get the spotlight on her. Hopefully, she can use her time in the sun to market and push her Inua Dada initiative.

On social media she made the announcement, stating what the job means to her.

“Hi guys. I am so excited to share with you that I have been appointed as Board Member to the Africa Advisory Board of Save the Children UK. If you follow my posts, you must have got to understand I have deep passion for totos and giving back….it is thus so natural for me to take up such a role. I can’t wait to share with you more about what @savechildrenuk and @savethechildren_kenya are doing. On the several meetings we’ve had…amazing stuff! And honestly….the stories are both heartbreaking but also powerful vibes of people who want to make a difference in the lives of children. It is our responsibility to ensure we provide a good environment for kids to grow and thrive….do we even understand whats happening to kids especially in marginalised areas in Kenya? I cant wait to share with you more on the work being done…..and how everyone can play a role. It’s time to see how we can help the deprived and marginalized children in our country.” she posted.

Harsh comparison

It’s from this job that a fan went on tear down Grace Msalame, who was also married to Paul Ndichu, saying Mommanyi is better than her. The fan inboxed her on social media.

You block we open other accounts. Have you seen Momomanyi new job! Those are goals and lanes. Not hizo zako ati unscripted RIFF RAFF. You suffer from attention that’s why you pretend to show us your big body. Haaaa no wonder Paul dumped you. Lose some weight you too big admire kina Janet Mbugua those are goals,” wrote the body shamer.

Grace replied to the fan saying that everyone has his/her time to be blessed and people shouldn’t be negative towards others just because of success.

Let’s talk about Comparisons for a minute… I’m raising two beautiful intelligent women of Faith & to come to terms with the fact that I have to raise them in this Social Media era where one minute it’s a smear campaign filled with the same rhetoric of objectification & the next a distraction from a person who’s only resort is to get behind a keyboard & spew negative energy! My Brand is in no way associated with negativity towards my own sex or the opposite sex! There is more than enough light for all of us to shine as bright as God will Grace us each & every one of us has been created for a purpose that only you can fulfill! Please never forget that!” read part of Ms. Msalame’s post.
