Pastor Ruth Matete may have faced the worst pregnancy experience ever and this after she the lost her Nigerian husband, Pastor Belovedjohn Apewajoye on Monday, April 5; who succumbed to burn injuries sustained in a gas explosion at their home on March 30.
She however pushed herself in order not to affect her unborn child. Almost 6 months later and Ruth was blessed with a bouncing baby girl who she named Reyna Toluwa; as agreed upon with late hubby, Belovedjohn.
Just like most celebrity parents, Ruth did not feel the need to publicize her baby girl; until Christmas when she shared a photo of herself with daughter and her supportive dad who is now playing the role of a dad and granddad to baby Toluwa.
Introducing the newborn to her online fans for the first time; singer Ruth who doubles up as a pastor wrote;
Christmas will never be the same again????

Not alone
This being the first Christmas Ruth Matete is spending as a mum; her family made sure to surround her with love and affection.
