Voter bribery? Bishop Margaret Wanjiru caught on camera making it rain money to her supporters (Video)

The bishop of the Lord decided to ignore the teachings of the Holy Book and played dirty in a bid to win the support of Nairobians ahead of Jubilee nominations.

Video footage of Bishop Margaret Wanjiru dishing out cash to her supporters has amused Kenyans who thought she was incorruptible.

Ms Wanjiru is eyeing Jubilee ticket for Nairobi gubernatorial seat, she will be congesting against Mike Sonko and Peter Kenneth in the primaries.

The former Starehe MP is the underdog in a battle that has been deemed to be a two-horse race between Nairobi Senator and Peter Kenneth.

The video which caught Wanjiru dishing out cash was uploaded on social networking sites – the 51 second clips shows Jesus is Alive Ministries’ bishop giving out single notes of unknown denomination to supporters who had mobbed her.

Many people poke fun at Wanjiru for wasting her money bribing voters simply because they thought she stood no chance of winning against Sonko and PK.
