Kenya’s King Of Comedy Honoured At Theatre Awards Show

Sammy Mwangi, truly and doubtlessly has his theatrical foothold on the industry earning the master seat at the performing arts stage.

Last evening was one of those nights he stamped his authority as the father of stage-craft and performance. During the Sanaa Theatre Awards at the Alliance Francaise, the comedy guru scooped two of the most coveted awards the evening could offer.

Under his masterly hands, his group, Heartstrings Entertainment, retained authority in the limelight after scooping the Award for The Best Production and The Best Director.
