Mama Kayai Speaks On Huddah Monroe’s Claims That She Featured in Vitimbi

Following the death of veteran Vitimbi actor Mzee Ojwang Hatari, socialite Huddah Monroe came out to claim that she knew the deceased on a personal level having featured in Vitimbi at some point as Kayai, child to Mama Kayai and Mzee Ojwang.

And social media went H.A.M on her, dismissing her as an attention seeker who is not contented with her socialite affairs.

This is because Kenyans have never taken socialites seriously thanks to the beliefs they harbor about those practicing the loathed ‘profession’.

However, Mama Kayai, Mzee Ojwang’s Vitimbi wife, has come out to speak about Huddah and her claims that she featured in Vitimbi.

Speaking to Larry Madowo on the Trend on Friday evening, Mama Kayai confirmed that indeed Huddah acted with Vitimbi and she was supposed to feature as her child after the one who was playing the part flew out to the US.

Mama Kayai’s colleagues in Vitimbi confirmed this before they went on to make a joke out of Huddah’s involvement in socialite things.

Mama Kayai lamented that Huddah left before she could make a name for herself because she was so talented.
