Juliana Kanyomozi, prominently known by the mononym Juliana, is a numerous honor winning Ugandan pop artist, performing artist, and entertainer.[4]

Kanyomozi is a first cousin to Rukidi IV of Toro.[5] Her dad was a drummer and her grandma was a vocalist.[6] She went to Namasagali College in Kamuli District for her secondary school education.[7]

Kanyomozi was the primary female artist to win the Pearl of Africa Music Awards (PAM Awards) ‘Craftsman of the Year’ accolade.[8] In 2008, she influenced her film to make a big appearance in Henry Ssali’s Kiwani: The Movie.[9][10]

In March 2014, she marked with global beautifiers organization Oriflame to be one of their East African brand ministers together with Lady JayDee of Tanzania and Jamila Mbugua of Kenya.[11] More as of late, she has teamed up with Nigerian performer Flavour.[12]

In 2011 she was designated in the Pan Africa Artiste or Group class at that year’s Nigeria Entertainment Awards (NEA).[13] In December 2015, she won a lifetime accomplishment grant in Diva Awards Afrika.[14]

Kanyomozi had a child, Keron Raphael Kabugo, who kicked the bucket in late July 2014.[15] Her child was asthmatic, yet the reason for death was not published.[16]

In 2006, Kanyomozi had a transitory sentimental association with United States-based Ugandan boxer Kassim Ouma.

In 2013, Big Eye Magazine appraised Kanyomozi a standout amongst the most lovely Ugandan ladies ever.
