My Childhood was Characterised by Loneliness, Sadness and Feelings of Worthlessness- Maheeda

Maheeda was abandoned by her parents as a kid.

Dutch based Nigerian nudist, Maheeda has revealed that she never knew her parents. According to her, she was abandoned by them as a baby so life was pretty hard for her as a baby.

Though she doesn’t remember much from her childhood, she remembers loneliness, sadness and feelings of worthlessness as major ingredients of her childhood. She said she grew up in Kano and was raised by kindhearted people that took pity on her.

Her words below;

I grew up in Kano State, but I don’t remember much about my childhood; even the few things that I can recall are not pleasant memories.

I never knew my parents because I was abandoned as a baby. My childhood was characterised by loneliness, sadness and feelings of worthlessness. From a very young age, I was desperate for freedom and happiness. I just wanted to be accepted, I didn’t have a happy childhood. I was raised by kind-hearted people who took pity on me.
