Davido to Osun Citizens, “don’t be Sugarcoated by their Blatant Promises”

For the past few weeks, singer, Davido has been preoccupied with political activities as his way of supporting his uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke’s bid for the seat of the Osun State Governor.

Following INEC’s declaration of the election as inconclusive, the senator and his supporters have been preparing for a rerun. Today being the day for the rerun election, singer, Davido has therefore sent a message to the people of the state.

Davido asks the people of Osun for their unflinching support.

The singer who took to Twitter, thanked the people of the state. He however, warned them against those which he described as sugarcoated liars.

To all patriotic Osun citizens. On the road to #Osun2018, I salute you all for all the mileage you have covered thus so far during the election. I salute your courage, resilience and support Adeleke the “dancing senator soon to be cheerful and Dancing governor”

 Don’t be Sugarcoated by their blatant promises. As you cast your votes tomorrow for the re-run, vote PDP. We solidarize with you.

The rerun election is presently ongoing in some Local Government areas of the state.
