Prophet Owuor’s Healing Would Render Me Jobless, Disability Body Chairman Reveals

Prophet David Edward Owuor has been one of the most revered spiritual leaders in the continent with a massive following and a number of congregants and believers who give him a triumphant entry every time he holds crusades, almost synonymous to that given to Jesus when he was entering Jerusalem on a donkey.

Apart from the triumphant entries, Prophet Owuor is also known for his miracles, particularly those of healing the sick among them the disabled.

However, as many crave and get the healing, one man shocked a gathering when he said that he has rejected prophet Owuor’s healing several times because he fears losing his job.

Dr. David Ole Sankok who is the chairman of the National Council of Persons With Disabilities (NCPWD), shocked a gathering in Thika when he revealed that he has refused to attend Prophet Owuor’s healing services because as a disabled person, he does not pay taxes and that he was employed because he is disabled.

Dr. Sankok is a victim of a wrong diagnosis by a doctor who left him crippled.

According to him, he is more like David Rudisha, Messi and Ronaldo who earn from their feet.
