Rachel Shebesh Hanging Out at Blankets & Wine (PHOTO)

In August, President Uhuru was branded a ‘Socialite’ (the original definition, though) after first garcing the Groove Awards, then he went to Impala Club to watch Kenya 7s play their semi-final match and then attended Miss Karun’s listening party for her new album in Muthaiga.

Well, if that’s anything to go by then Nairobi Women Representative, Rachel Shebesh is also a socialite, not in the lines of Pendo and her ‘sisters’ but a “social-elite”. Anyhow, the Women Rep. was recently spotted chilling at Blankets & Wine at the Carnivore grounds.
