Tanzanian veteran songbird Rehema Chalamila popularly known as Ray C made headlines a few weeks ago when she came up with qualities of a man she would want to marry because she feels her time to settle down as someone’s wife is here.

The list sounded so hilarious that many thought no man would buy into the shit it contained. But alas! Suitors are also around the corner.

The list attracted more than 500 men who wanted the songstress’ hand in marriage. Remember Ray C has always been one of the most beautiful female singers in East Africa and beyond.

In fact there was a time when she was everybody’s admiration. She sent men salivating with every move she made. She was the talk in town. Until when she plunged life into drug addiction, Ray C was a beauty to reckon with.

But Ray C has recanted! This is a blow to the suitors who came out to ask for her love.

According to Bongo 5, the lass says that there was no way she was going to look for love on social media when she clearly knows it is God who provides a good husband.

Ray C says it was a publicity stunt she was pulling to gauge the following she still commands after her fame dwindled.
