Bob Mabena new host of Power FM’s breakfast show in new programme line-up

Bob Mabena will be the new voice on Power FM breakfast show from 5th March. He will be joined by Power Drive presenter, Thabo Mdluli.

In 2017, Mabena was appointed Group Head of Programming at MSG Broadcasting. His role was therefore to oversee talent and content output at Capricorn FM, Power FM, Rhythm FM and Beat FM.

Changes in programming

There are more changes to the Power FM lineup now.

Thabiso TT Tema, the current breakfast show host has been moved to Power Drive.

Power Business host Andile Khumalo is moving away from radio to focus on his growing business schedule. Ayabonga Cawe will replace him.

A weekend talk show is also going to be introduced. It has been dubbed Power Weekend Breakfast, and will be hosted by Pabi Moloi on Saturday and Sunday.
