Thando Thabethe has decided to give away a couple of dresses that she has previously rocked on the red carpet. And the only thing her fans have to do to get their hands on one is pay it forward by uplifting another young woman.

“After an award show, I get an influx of msgs from young ladies needing assistance with a / dance dress… and in the spirit of helping one another… these 3 of 6 are up for grabs BUT you need to let me know how you have/will uplift another young lady in the next 14 days,” Thando tweeted, sharing a snap of the three dresses she will be giving away. 

“You must have THEM vouch for you. This doesn’t have to be monetary, it can be giving a grade 11 student extra lessons, donating old text books, helping with house chores… anything that is in the spirit of uplifting one another!!!”
