The fame has really brought alot of cheques to the Kardashians.Nevertheless,it has  brought  lack of privacy in equal measure for the family.

Channel 24 caught up with Kim Kardashian to discuss about the success of the show and also her plans of visiting southafrica.

Here is the full interview:

ON VISITING SOUTH AFRICA

“We love our vacations and we go on one every year. I haven’t thought we’d have it [this year], but I’m going to suggest [South Africa] today because I think that would be so much fun!

“I’ve been to South Africa, I’ve been to different parts of Africa but I have never been on safari. Every time I’ve planned to go something would come up so I’ve never actually been on safari but I would love to go!”

ON THE SUCCESS OF THE SHOW

“When we started we definitely had no idea. We thought we were going to do one season, maybe two. We had no idea it was going to turn into what it has become and it is just so much fun.

“I love that I get to work with my family every single day and it’s just so much fun to do. It also just happens to be something that we do for a living.”

ON SWITCHING OFF THE CAMERAS

“I think we would miss it. We’ve been filming for so long and the people behind the cameras have become like family to us, so yeah I think we would miss it.”

With cameras filming their every move at all hours of the day, it is only normal to assume it has its challenges. For Kim one of those challenges is questioning whether certain situations they are in should be filmed.

“We’ve done a really good job at letting our guard down so I think the most challenging part is just…sometimes you just get to a point where you question if you should be filming this, whatever the situation is, but we always help each other push through and in the end we always feel so happy that we did it and love the outcome.”

ON FAMILY ALWAYS COMING FIRST

“I really think that overall the one lesson is that we are stronger in numbers and we have like this thing of bringing family together and we value our friendships and relationships with each other and I think an important lesson is just to never let that go.”

She takes a few seconds before concluding: “Family first. Always.”
