Bobi wine arrives in the USA for further treatment
Image: Bobi Wine sharing with Ugandans in DiasporaA few days after he was allowed to leave the country, Bobi wine arrived in the USA to seek better medical care for the injuries caused after he was tortured in detention.
The kyadondo East MP is said to have arrived in Boston through his international lawyers although we are not really sure where exactly he is.
He tweeted: “Safely arrived in the US where I’ll be receiving specialised treatment following the brutal torture at the hands of SFC soldiers. We thank the world for standing with us. I will soon tell you what exactly happened to me since 13th August and what is next.”
