Judith Heard Threatened with Jail Time by Anti Pornography Comittee

Fr. Simon Lukodo, the Ethics Minister appointed a nine member Pornography Control Committee headed by Dr. Annette Kezaabu Kasim in August 2017 to oversee and control phonographic acts that he termed as, “a vice that has been taken as a way of life”.

Judith Heard, a city socialite whose nude photos leaked online on Monday evening could face  jail for breaching the anti pornography rules.

The committee chairperson,  Dr. Annette Kezaabu Kasim has on several occasions warned socialites and the general public on breaching the anti pornography rules.

However, Judith Heard has come out to apologise to the authorities, family, friends and fans for the the leaked nudes.
