KCCA Executive Director, Jennifer Musisi has resigned. This lady has been one of the few, under the scrutiny of many, because of the changes she has brought about in the city of Kampala.
Jennifer was a game changer, and even the tiniest piece of paper on the streets were afraid of her. In a letter to the president of Uganda, this hardworking woman mention shares her view. She mentions that effective the 15th of December, she will be leaving this office. This comes in weeks after the annual Kampala City Festival, which was her initiative, was canceled.
