Easter Falls on Fools Day 2018

If there is something we may miss out on this year, then that is goofing around. Our major holidays have doubled with our major days. This year, 2018, is unique in that Easter Celebrations will fall on April Fools Day.

This is going to create quite drama, as one of the days tends towards the sin of lying, whereas the other, the purity of the resurrection of Christ. Easter holiday, is known worldwide, and honored by Christians, as the day when Jesus Christ Rose from the dead, having been crucified on Good Friday.

Many Christians go to church, and celebrate this event, with pure and joyful hearts. On the contrary, fools day is the only time during the year, when we are officially permitted to throw and create any pranks that we want, on whoever we wish. Many tell lies, that are usually to be undone, after midday of the same day. I see a scenario where nobody believes that Christ resurrected, and think it is just a prank.

ASH WEDNESDAY FALLS ON VALENTINES DAY

In addition to this, Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent, also falls on Valentines day. This is the only time during the year when it is official to display affection. It is also the beginning of the Lent period, and it may be hard to fight that urge to taste the food on the surprise dinner, or the chocolate that your loved one sent you.

It is going to be  a fun year, and let us still not forget our Christian Values. The mysteries of 2018.
