New Regulations For Event Organisers and Music Artists Prohibits Indecent Dressing

The new act that has been releaser is bound to keep Uganda’s entertainment industry in complete order. Among others, it requires all artists to be registered with the ministry responsible for culture. No artists will be allowed to operate in the country, without receiving a practicing license.

Many artists have not yet reacted to the released document, which may cut down on it of things they previously did at free will. Eddy Kenzo however pointed out that the major motive for this is to stiffle the music industry. Whats your say?
