Why Barbie kyagulanyi is your Dream Woman. Read her Anniversary Message to Bobi wine

Since the arrest of Bobi Wine, various Facebook users have posted statements of praise about his wife Barbie Kyagulanyi. Most have mentioned that she is the perfect woman. Well this link has penned a sweet message to her hubby for their Anniversary. Read below.

Bobi my love, today is our seventh wedding anniversary. Unlike the other anniversaries in the past, this one finds us in a court room in Gulu. It finds you in clutches, unable to walk by yourself. It finds you before a judge, making an application for you to be released on bail so that you can go for medical treatment. It finds you in physical pain.

On such days in the past, we would go to the beach or somewhere across the Atlantic. We would cut cake, have some wine and celebrate with our children. But today here we are. Still not sure if you’ll get your freedom or if you will be taken back to prison.

But let me tell you this. I have never been so proud of you. I am very proud that you are not before this judge because you did anything wrong. Not because you stole public funds or killed a person. You are before the judge because of standing for what you believe in. You have always told me that your dream is to live in a country which works for all citizens.

Everyday, you are working towards that. Our troubles these past days are a result of that effort. What I can do is once again promise to support you every step of the way. Not because Iam your wife but also your best friend.

Barbie and Bobi tied the note

On our wedding day on 27th August 2011, you composed for me the best song I’ve ever listened to ‘For better for worse.’ You promised to be with me through thin and thick, in sickness and in health, in sorrows and joy. I promised you the same. Here we are on that worse bit of the oath. ?
Happy wedding anniversary my Love; FOR BETTER,FOR WORSE. IN SICKNESS AND IN HEALTH.

Wow.. Happy Anniversary to you two

Ugandans Reject First Video Footage of Bobi Wine. Call it Photoshop

Yesterday,  video hit Social Media, of the Ghetto President, being visited by the Deputy Speaker, Jacob Oulanya at the Military Barracks. Many Ugandans on Social Media have however come out to reject this 8- minute shaky clip. The masters of photo shop have even pointed out what makes this video a false one.

One of the posts analyzing the video

Peoples questions mainly circulate around why the texture of the celebrity’s photo differs from that of the people within the room. Why there are shadows around his body. Why the video is shaky and short.  There is also an electric kettle in the scene. What do you think about this video?

Sautisol shared the hash tag, free Bobi Wine, along with a freedom photo of him. The same goes for Patoranking

Chaka Chaka, the princess of Africa also wrote;

“I have heard that my Nelson Mandela in Uganda has been brutally arrested, tortured & jailed illegally & due to face an illegal court martial.

Dear Ugandans, it’s your right to help this boy. We South Africans have heard a lot of bad things about Uganda but believe with such good hearted people like my friend Bobi Wine everything can change. During our time, we didn’t have the social media but we changed South Africa.

Right now, you have the social media so use it to free your Nelson Mandela. As for his wife Barbra Kyagulanyi, be strong. God will always protect you no matter what he goes through. Make it a habit of posting his pictures with a simple meaningful message every morning and evening.

Trust me, every government is afraid of the pressure on social media. That’s why i heard that the big man there is taxing your social media. As for me, am going to create awareness in South Africa. Don’t lose hope. Hope is vital in every struggle. All those cases against him will go away.
Oh Mama Africa”. Taken from EEye Uganda
Lets keep sharing until he is released.

Pacific Hotel Arua Demands for Compensation for Damages

The owner of Pacific Hotel, Arua, where Bobi Wine was residing during the Arua Municipality MP campaign last week, has asked government for compensation. In the search for the Members of Parliament of Kyadondo East, various damages were caused, including cracks on the doors, and destruction of property.

The owner of the hotel also mentioned to the crowd that his guest, Bobi Wine, did not enter the hotel with any gun. The search party simply took some of his money found in the luggage with them. The SFC soldiers also apparently stole some laptops, phones, and money from other customers as they searched.

Some of the damages

Luigi Candia further told our sources that many guests have abandoned the hotel, and rarely visit it anymore. This has led to great reduction in incomes, that he used to get previously.

In the same scuffle, the driver to the MP was shot dead in his car, as he waited to drive his boss back to the city. The MP was charged with possession of fire arms and ammunition, and has was remanded to Makindye Military Military prison later this month.

“Bobi Wine has No head or Chest or Bone Fractures,”President Museveni warns the Fake News generation

President Museveni has finally spoken about the status of Bobi Wine, the member of parliament that was arrested in Arua last week. He refers to the various media reports as Fake News. He says The singer/ MP has no head, chest, or bone injuries. Reads Below

PRESIDENT’S STATEMENT ON BOBI WINE

Countrymen, Countrywomen and especially, the Bazukulu.

Greetings. Some days have gone by while what President Trump calls “fake news” generators, especially the Monitor and their TV, the NTV, have been putting it out that our grandson, the indisciplined Bobi Wine, is gravelly ill, he cannot talk etc.

They were putting it out that because of their “rough” handling of the MPs while arresting them, the Security forces could have done grievous damage to Bobi Wine.

I decided to check with Army doctors because, being a disciplined Army, UPDF doctors always take precautions in such situations. Bobi Wine had already been seen by doctors in Arua, Gulu and Kampala. He has no head or chest injuries or bone fractures, they informed me.

The fake news generators and even some of the elements of the Security forces are concentrating on the stoning of the President’s car. Please, that is not the most serious problem here. That President has the capacity, either alone or in company with his personal security, to defend himself, not only against stone throwers but against any attacker.

I have done that for the last 48 years. I defended myself against Amin’s soldiers on the 22nd of January, 1973, in Mbale, against the Kenyan policeman Patrick Shaw in Nairobi in 1978, against Tabuley near Atiriri in 2003 etc etc.

The biggest problem is political leaders like Kassiano Wadri and Bobi Wine forming, or allowing indisciplined groups to be formed under the cover of elections, groups that form illegal processions in built-up and heavily populated areas, carrying stones, up-rooting side walk pavers to use as missiles, to attack defenceless women, children and other civilians.

So many women and children were similarly attacked in Jinja East, Bugiri Municipality and, now, Arua Municipality. The Police will produce detailed evidence in all those incidents. Women were raped in Jinja East and Arua Municipality. Verbal threats followed by actual attacks. This is what is called terrorism in my opinion.

All this is aimed at intimidating the majority NRM voters from turning up to vote so that the minority can win. This is on top of importing voters from other areas to vote in Jinja East, Bugiri Municipality, Arua Municipality etc. The evidence is overwhelming and it will be produced in court.

During the General Elections, it is not feasible for the opposition to use too much of these fascist tactics because voting is taking place everywhere and they are too few.

In Kampala, however, they have been doing it for a long time. Indeed, in Arua, Jinja East and Bugiri Municipality, they succeeded because the majority feared to turn up for voting. In Arua Municipality only 16,000 people out of 46,000 people turned out to vote!!

What does this mean for the pseudo-democrats of the so called “Civil Societies”, by which they mean agents of foreign Governments? How can you call this democracy when People fear to turn out to vote?

We fought for the freedom of the people of Uganda to vote freely without threats by word or action. We shall defend that. We recently had LCI and Women Council elections per village in 54,713 villages out of the total of 60,774 villages in the whole of Uganda, by lining up behind candidates.

No cheating, no violence because the People were in charge, not the corrupt election officials, colluding with opportunistic and corrupt politicians to usurp the authority of the People by having individuals elected by cheating or intimidation against the wishes of the People.

Pseudo-democrats, be informed that the game of trying to hijack our democracy by fascists and foreign agents is over. We shall not tolerate any threats by words or by actions. Enough is enough. Media houses should also stand warned. Do your mandate: balanced reporting.

These last points:
One. Throwing of stones, in close proximity in built up areas, is intention to kill. Remember, a policeman by the names of Ariong John Michael (Assistant Inspector of Police) was killed in Kampala near the Old Taxi Park by a stone thrown by those indisciplined people. How about the NRM supporters, ordinary people, who are made targets of those stones as happened in Arua, Bugiri etc?

Barbie Kyagulanyi has been concerned about her Husband’s health

Two. The indiscipline of some of these Opposition MPs was displayed in Parliament during the Age Limit debate. Instead, of arguments and logic, they attacked other MPs, threw chairs, up-rooted microphones etc. This was in Parliament with cameras and everybody watching. How about the negative results when they transfer that indiscipline to the streets and built up areas?

Three. Apart from the many injured, the property destroyed, the failure of 70% of the electorate in Arua turning up to vote because of fear of violence, the raping of women in Jinja East and Arua, we have already lost two young people, killed, in Bugiri and Arua, in the violence. The precipitaters of this will not be allowed anymore latitude of damage.

Anybody who is a friend of the young politicians like Bobi Wine should advise them that short cuts like cheating, importing voters, intimidating the voters of the other side, ballot stuffing etc will lead them and Uganda to doom. That is what the young politicians of independence thought and did and it led to disaster.

Even some of the NRM young politicians, I hear, try to emulate those evil practices of cheating. However, for them, they do not use violence. I will uproot those evils. A revolutionary politician is like a mulokole- no cheating, no lying. No killing prisoners. No mistreatment of prisoners. That is how we succeeded.

Yoweri Kaguta Museveni
President.

PS: Hon Zaake escaped from police custody. The police are looking for him.

International Media Houses (Aljazeera, BBC) Capture Bobi Wine Story

The news about Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine has spread far and wide, and International Media houses such as Aljazeera and BBC have got a glimpse of it. This is evident from the headlines they have shared, and news reported concerning the well-being of the MP.

All this started when the singer/ politician was arrested, and detained during the scuffle in Arua, over the Municipality MP seat. There were charges thrown at him including illegal possession of weapons, treason and others. Bobi Wine was denied access to his family, and this raised eyebrows, giving birth to the Free Bobi Wine campaign.

Keep following the story

The news has been caught by various International houses, sharing with the world, what is happening in the Pearl of Africa. With headings like; “Uganda pop star turned politician charged in Military Court” (Aljazeera). “Uganda’s Afrobeat MP standing up to Museveni” (BBC). The News networks described Bobi Wine’s rise into politics, and the birth of #PoeplePower.

Top DJs Join The “Free BobiWine” Campaign by Playing his Music

It is a few hours now, and the people of Uganda are still unaware of the location of Bobi Wine.  The singer, who is also a member of Parliament for Kyadondo East, went missing after police nabbed him during riots in Arua. His presence there, at this time in particular, is justified by the fact that the “Situka” singer went to support fellow independent candidate,Wadri, in his final campaign for the Arua Municipality MP seat.

Robert Kyagulanyi, aka Bobi Wine was charged with counts of treason, and possession of arms and drugs. This was after a scuffle in the capital city of West Nile, which left the Presidents car stoned, and one person killed. Many have not heard from the singer, and are demanding for his immediate released. They have mentioned that there is nothing serious, that links this man with the military.

This is in solidarity with the entire entertainment industry. We still hope that the singer will be released a ssoon as possible.

Singer turned MP Bobi wine Brutaly Beaten

Following the events of the last Arua campaign for the MP seat, Member of Parliament for Kyadondo East, Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi wine was arrested together with various other colleagues and MPS. The above said were to be charged with offenses of insighting violence and treason. News coming to our desks now suggest that he  been beaten up beyond recognition.

The team that went to meet Bobi WINE did not manage to see him

“Hon. Bobi Wine is badly brutalised, he could not understand the proceedings in the court martial, he couldn’t speak, he couldn’t see, I doubt he could even hear. He has 2 wounds 1 on the left ear, and the other one on the back of his head. He can’t stand, he can’t sit. I think the situation is bad he needs prayers. He has been remanded to Makindye military barracks” said Hon Medard Lubega Sseggona, Busiro MP, and part of Bobi legal team on an interview with NBS.

The said MP was to appear in Gulu Court for trial, but the team in his defence waited in vain. Until now, the family of the celebrated people power head has also not been let to see him. Lets pray for our MP
