Ghana has asked FIFA for the match to be replayed and held a protest over what they called unfair refereeing. Having beaten Congo this Sunday, Egypt therefore emerges successful in qualifying for the World cup in the group E, and Ghana is out.

On the other hand, team Uganda Cranes were not the only team fighting for a win. Team #togikwatako was also present at the stadium, with their red head band on, perfectly tied.

Their opponents, the police, with Kale Kaihura present however stopped them from accessing the stadium with the red pieces of cloth.
