VIDEO: Tanzanian Musician Chin bees to sue fik Fameica over copying his song “Pepeta”

Chin Bees, in representation of KTA Advocates, forwarded a intentions to sue file to Karma Ivie Management indicating that Fik Fameica’s song Mafia was copied from the Tanzanian hip-hop artiste’s song titled Pepeta.

KTA Advocates stressed that their client is the rightful owner of the intellectual property/music which he composed in Pepeta.

Chin bees and his management re demanding ta Fik Fameica drops the use, and performance of this song immediately. We however are amused at this submission given that even the pepeta song sounds oddly similar to american rapper Designer’s “Panda”.

So the real question is, who has the full rights? You be the judge.
