Why your Friends Must Not Be Part of Your Relationship

Friendship is a wonderful gift for all of us. We enjoy sharing information with our mates about what is currently going on in our lives. This may not be very fruitful in some circumstances however. Here are some reasons why your friends must not be part of your relationship.

Comparisons.

When we share about our spouses, and what we are currently involved in, it may prompt cases of comparisons. Your buddies may tell you about their experiences, and relate their own relationships with yours. This will bring upon a feeling of dissatisfaction in your life. You may start to compare  your husband/ wife with your friend’s partner.

Advice

Every relationship is different. They all have a different formulae. Sometimes we share our fears and hurts with others, and receive their advice to apply to our own moments. We all have to be aware that there is a lot of differentiation in context between other people’s lives and ours. The advice may be helpful, but not applicable to your life.

Snatchers

To some of our friends, the married people are the tastiest. Hearing about your fights and disagreements only makes them happy. It is a clear opportunity for them to jump and grab what does not belong to them. They will follow through your story carefully, and find the appropriate time to attack.

Protect and guard your relationship.
