Norwegian-Kenyan singer, songwriter and rapper, Stella Nyambura Mwangi popularly known as STL has fallen dropped off the radar for some time now but continued to have Kenyan chart successes. It’s been long since the hip hop star released new music.

But, the powerful hip hop diva is not silent in vain. STL is currently working on her Norwegian Album which is set to drop in February 2014.

In Africa she’s been involved in a couple of collaborations like Kenyan songstress, Sarah Mitaru, who will be launching her album in a few weeks. STL features in one of her record in Sarah Mitaru’s album.

She’s also done a remix to a South African female rapper Cleo Ice Queen record called “Boys talking” which will be dropping real soon. Her manager, Tim Adeka, reveals, “We’re going to be in South Africa for the channel o music award ceremony from 30th November. We will be shooting the video to this jam in Jo-berg.”

Over the weekend she did a show in London put together by London based DJ Edu of BBC 1xtra alongside other African artists. She’s seen below with Nigerian sensation Fuse ODG of the “Antenna” fame.
