Yet Another Admirable Kenyan Movie Premieres This Weekend

The Kenyan movie industry has grown in leaps and bounds and that’s all too visible. After the colossal success of Nairobi Half Life, admirable local productions have been hot on its heels.

This weekend, yet another Kenyan movie will be released and you have a chance of watching it from the comfort of your living room. Titled, “Lifestyle” this 2nd Kenyan movie out of the 56 will air on Africa Magic on Saturday 8th Feb at 10.30EAT as they count down the Africa Magic Original Films.

Drew played by Kagwe Mungai; is a wanna-be musician born in the ghetto of Dandora and goes to Sweden to study but drops out of school when he gets into the high life. He returns home and is reluctant to go back to the slum life.

He Instead stays in the city and throws the biggest parties, hangs out with the coolest people and lives a life of lust, and lies. Can he maintain this lifestyle?
