“You Have Failed this City!” An Agitated Esther Passaris Comes Swinging At Kidero for What He Did To Her Property

Esther Muthoni Passaris spent some time late last night and the wee hours of today morning complaining bitterly after Kidero allegedly crossed her.

Muthoni didn’t have any kind words for the Nairobi governor after City Hall pulled down her advertising company’s billboards in Westlands over unpaid rates.

City Hall claimed that Passaris’ company Adopt-A-Light owned the County government 37.4 Millon in unpaid rates while Passaris claimed that City Hall owed her 800 Million Kshs.

She went on to reveal that the county government did not seem bothered by just how much Adopt-A-Light changed Nairobi:

And how unfazed they seemed while Adopt-A-Light property was damaged by vandals:

She then went on to declare that Kidero had failed as a leader and it was time for him to go since he had failed Nairobi:
