Singer, Skales Declares Wizkid as the Greatest Singer of all Times

Singer, Skales has described his former label mate, Wizkid as the greatest singer of all times. This is coming after both singers put their 6 year old beef aside to perform on the same stage.

Recall that Skales has earlier laid claims to the authorship of most of Wizkid’s early songs. This had brought both singers to feud. Thankfully, the end of the year 2018 brought an end to the feud of both singers.

Skales says Wizkid is the GOAT.

After their performance, the singer took to Instagram to shower praises on the ‘Soko’ crooner. He however noted that nothing can break the bond between the both of them.

He wrote:

@wizkidayo the greatest of all time(I don’t care wat none of ya say) my family nothing can break this bond ever love you today and forever my bro…. put a ❤️ emoji if u can’t wait to hear our first record togeda in years

In another post, he revealed that they both got to perform together again after six years.

After 6 years me and my bro @wizkidayo got to perform again ….the love is too mad my bro wiz is a legend and I love him.

Wizkid and Skales Bury their Differences as they Hang Out Together in London

Wizkid and Skales were former label mates at EME.

Popular Nigerian singers and former label mates, cum best friends, Wizkid and Skales, were over the weekend, spotted together during the One Fest Music festival in London.

It however, looks like they have decided to let whatever differences they have had in the past rest.

Recall that they both went their separate ways after they they both left their former record label, EME Music.

Skales posted a picture of the both of them together and wrote;

Skales says he has no time for relationship now.

Popular Nigerian singer, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, popularly known as Skales, in a chat with Showtime, says he is currently focusing on his music. According to him, he isn’t paying mind to relationship now as he is currently very single. Sex isn’t for him now, he said.

Speaking on the incident between him and an upcoming singer, he apologized, stating that he knows he overreacted. He added that he is only human so he was hurt when he found that the singer had infringed on his copyright.

Excerpts below;

I’m still single to stupor, just like Falz would say. Right now, no sex for me, I’m just focusing on my music. In fact, for now I’m working on my next album.

The funny thing is that last year, I practiced celibacy for about three months. I won’t lie, I was proud of myself. I just decided I didn’t want to have sex with any woman but after three months I couldn’t hold it anymore. You know say body nor be firewood now.

I wasn’t trying to be violent but yes, I overreacted, I admit. I’m a human being. I want to tell my fans that I’m sorry I over reacted, I’m human at times. I feel like I over reacted so it’s left to my team to deal with it because that’s a copyright infringement matter.

As an artiste, it hurts when you put in a lot of work and you just wake up one day to see somebody selling what you’ve worked hard for.

There should be agencies and platforms that protect intellectual property and fight copyright infringement. I feel like they are really not taking it serious so they need to start taking it serious.

Skales says president Buhari is a bully

Singer Skales unleashed his frustration concerning the SARS issue in Nigeria. To him president Buhari is the worst president in the world who doesn’t care about his people’s feelings.

The singer finds it unreasonable that the so- called SARS harass Nigerians without caution from above. He supports the END SARS movement.
