Holly wood Star, Arnold Schwarzenegger coming To Uganda Ahead of Power lifting Championship.

We have all known him since the famous terminator movies, and yet constantly failed to spell his name. Word has it that Arnold Schwarzenegger will be coming to Uganda this year. This Hollywood sensation is known for many things. He is both a political icon, and also a professional body builder. He is also set to launch a power lifting championship in the country.

ARNOLD AND WEIGHT LIFTING HISTORY

He has on often occasions been referred to as one of the people who participated in the golden age of  weight lifting. He won a  stone lifting contest on  a 560-pound rock in Munich, West Germany, while he was Mr. Universe at age twenty. He also won Mr. Olympia on several occasions, and has remained an icon to body builders, and a hero to children.   Various reports indicate that this star started this talent as young as 15 years of age.

In May 2018, the Hollywood star will be coming to launch the Arnold Schwarzenegger  Classic power lifting Championship. Reports from various sources indicate that various Ugandan body lifters are preparing for this event.  In an event to choose the final people this week, a number of them qualified. Some of these include; Jonathan Ogwang, Karim Zubair, Ivan Masakwa.

Derrick Mwanje, Daniel Kalungi and BearBrenda Nakato also managed in cross fitness. Babu Babumba, Beli Sengendo, and Amelia Kapale do not miss out on the list. Let us wait for the movie star to step on the soils of Uganda. Many of us are excited, and a fan already.
