I have a special affection for shoes and my close allies can testify how much dedication I hold towards the purchase. For some reason when I was traveling I felt lazy and reluctant to pack so many pairs, contrary to my vintage shoe discipline. Hehe…
This time i chose to throw in one pair and another that I was traveling in plus flats just in case of a catastrophe or something. And boom! I realised I needed heels for almost all outfits whenever I was stepping out for business and yes, personal meetings.
Call me miss Photogenic especially in friendly environments, I love looking beautiful and I am not sorry about that. Pictures and looking beautiful is therapy to me and I call it #selflove .
After days of constant posting of pictures of my self in the same shoe on facebook, twitter and instagram handles. I said to myself,what will my thousands of followers and the generic public think ?. I can’t survive sorts of bullies as it once occurred to me. When I wore the same shoe when I had back-to-back shows in 3 different countries on 3 weekends. A fan literally wrote,” engato ogitute e South Africa,Dubai ne USA?” translating “You have been clad in the same shoe in South Africa, Dubai and USA ?” At first I found it comical but ‘Naa’ it wasn’t. So this time I said to myself “I will not allow to be bullied for wearing the same shoe”. I chose to put it on and take photos on a daily routine as a keen indication that it is Ok, Very OK!
Many people are deprived of their happiness because they feel the need to prove a point to people/strangers on social media. Are we supposed to dress while throwing away clothes,No! Most people on social media are fake fake and fake. The cyber sweep has led people into debts,depression. Portraying a lavish kinda lifestyle while in reality it is way different,at most saddening. We start to draw comparisons of our lives with the fake lives displayed by people on social media,wake up honey!
Thrive to be yourself,do what pleases you. It is not mandatory you have to prove a point. And hey,I am not hating,NO! For once can we look at what one has to offer than what one has worn for the day

No contagious change about this, i still love my pair of shoes and it shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone here when i wear it SOONEST
