Anne Kansiime accuses fellow comedians to be behind the robbery at her stylishly luxurious bar (Photos)
Police arrested three workers after Anne Kansiime’s bar was broken into. But the Ugandan comedian has now revealed that the robbery was the work of fellow humorists.
Anne Kansiime’s Kubbys bar which is located in Naalya was robbed a few days before Christmas. Thieves made away with TVs, music equipment, and bottles of whisky among other things.
The robbery was reported to police and arrests were made on December 28th; police arrested three workers and detained them for a night before setting them free on a bond.
Kansiime however came out to accuse fellow comedians in a statement she made recently concerning the robbery at her bar.
“In Uganda, people like to see you when you are grassing and struggling. I am so sure my fellow comedians planned for me and are behind my bar robbery. But of course, we are used to such things. I will be okay,” Said Kansiime.
