#ArrestPastorNganga: KOT Once Again Hit Global Headlines With Their Campaign To Have Pastor Ng’ang’a Arrested And Prosecuted

Kenyans on Twitter, famously abbreviated as KOT, are not new to the international media and global headlines. In fact it is prudent to argue that they are among the most famous twitter users. This was especially manifested ahead of Obama’s trip to the country when CNN called Kenya a hotbed of terror.

Twitter broke loose, with CNN savagely attacked under the hash tag #SomeoneTellCNN for belittling the country ahead of the return of the US President whose father was Kenyan.

International headlines on that day called KOT a movement, with many highlighting how they had united to support this great republic.

If you thought that was the end then it is now that things are actually starting.

After CNN, Pastor James Maina Ng’ang’a, a man who has never shied from courting controversy despite being a servant of God, is trending under the hash tag #ArrestPastorNganga. This comes after it was discovered that the controversial televangelist was involved in a car crash that claimed a life along Nakuru-Nairobi highway two weeks ago.

Funny enough, the pastor colluded with police to cover up the incident.

And now the hash tag has made it to the international media. Al Jazeera particularly highlighted the Kenyan twitter movement once again, and went ahead to reveal how Kenyans are demanding for justice after the incident.

Here is the headline:
