Camp Mulla Nominated for Nigeria’s Biggest Awards

It seems Camp Mulla is becoming a force to reckon with in Africa and the world. Barely a month after being nominated for Best African Act at the 2012 BET Awards, the sensation hip-hop group has yet again been recognized by the Nigerian Music Industry.

The group has been nominated for their song Feel No Pain in the African Artist of the Year category in the upcoming Headies Awards. Camp Mulla will face it off with South Africa’s Zahara with her track Loliwe, Ghana’s Sarkodie of the Azonto fame and D-Black also from Ghana with Get On The Dance floor.

The Headies (also known as the Hip Hop World Awards) is Nigeria’s biggest awards event. The Headies is an authentic annual music event that was born seven years ago and rewards artistic ingenuity. This year like in the past, the event will be held at Convention Centre of Eko Hotels and Suites, in Lagos on Saturday, October 20.
