Dancehall Artist whose Song was Banned in Kenya Takes Shots at Redsan & Wyre (VIDEO)

Twitter is still the most popular playground for celebs to hurl insults at each other. However, there are those of the opinion that 140 characters is not ammo enough; they take the bull by the horn. So, let’s get ready to rumble!

Late last week, newest Dancehall singer in the scene, Blaqy, known for his controversial song – Show Me– that got the Kenya Film Classification Board swing into action putting a ban on it, is back with another storm.

In an interview with Ghafla! the artist dismissed the affirmation that Redsan and Wyre are the best Dancehall artistes in Kenya. Disputing the avowal, Blaqy loudly thought;

“…hapa Kenya nikiangalia sioni mtu kwa sababu hakuna mwenye anaimba Dancehall.”

Asked about what genre Redsan does, he quickly dismisses him saying,

“Redsan ukiskiliza vizuri brother haimbii Dancehall. Anaimba sijui ni POPSTAR! Yeye na Wyre ni sawa. Hio ni category moja. Wanaimba local…”

When pressed about fans’ opinion about Redsan and Wyre’s music he points out that fans are wrong.

“Angalia vitu Conscious (Konshens) na hawa watu wa Jamaica wanaimba. Na Dancehall lazima ikue pulli pulli pompa…”
