Denyque to Host CHAT Awards

DenyqueThis year’s Chaguo La Teeniez Awards have contracted two teen Jamaican stars to headline at the April Award ceremony.
Denyque of “Summer Love” fame and QQ popularly known for his hit songs Skip To My Lou and RumRam will be in Nairobi on April 16 for the teen awards.

The fast rising Caribbean artistes are enjoying a wave of success since this year. Denyque’s hit song Summer Love rang through radios and topped charts. Since then, she has put out more singles which are also racking up the hours in airplay and tipping the scales of popularity in her direction.

While, QQ started out when he was 10-years old, the singing sensation has set a record as the youngest person in Jamaica to have a hit song. Apart from being an anthem in the dancehalls, ‘Poverty’ has been climbing the charts and dominating the airwaves in both Jamaica and England with its deep meaning.
