Diamond Platnumz’s manager responds to Ali Kiba’s accusations that he sabotaged his show in Mombasa last weekend

Over the weekend, Ali Kiba gave a substandard performance at Mombasa Golf Club with two songs before leaving the stage suddenly. Later, he got back on stage after Chris Brown performed much to the excitement of his fans who had been shocked by his short performance.

Speaking t Mzazi Tuva, Ali Kiba said that there is a reason for his disappointingly short performance. He claims that his mic was cut off and he had to leave the stage for Chris Brown to perform as he was on a tight schedule and was set to leave the country immediately after his performance.

He also said during his show he saw Diamond’s manager heading to the backstage during his performance and later his microphone was disconnected, raising suspicions that Diamond’s manager might have cut off the microphone.

“I did not know if the mic was cut off because of Chris Brown getting the stage, but I was surprised by it all as the fans expected me to shut the house down” Ali said .

He said that he was happy to get back on stage after Chris Brown but expressed disappointment in the fact that he had to perform using a CD instead of doing live music.
