Diana Chelele Disturbing Last Words Before She Was Found Dead At Her House

Diana Chelele an artist who was found dead at her house with stab wounds to her abdomen knew that she was going to die and made a painful prayer for her kids who she was going to leave behind. 

 The prayer done in Kalenjin and translated for us by Barbara Chepkoech (Waridi) is a revelation of the mental and physical turmoil she went through before meeting her death. 

In the clip, Chelele laments and implores God asking “..Why did you let me sing only to take everything away?” Her husband, an AP officer took all her assets away and replaced her name with his. Her kids were not spared either and were taken away with her husband constantly forcing her to do music and taking away all the proceeds. 

The late Chelele had tried seeking for help from the Governor of the region but had not managed to get an audience, her only hopes at help had been dashed when the man she sought help from was murdered in cold blood by her husband.  She further revealed that she had not slept with the late  surveyoe and was only seeking help to restore her land which was taken away from her. 

Diana Chelele new that her time was almost up and recorded a tearful audio saying that her husband and her friends were after her life after torturing her for years, she thanked everyone from  journalists to her friends, before the audio stopped she prayed for forgiveness from anyone she might have wronged. 

She was to be found dead at her Verandah. 

On her death, police conducting her investigation speculate that her drinks had been spiked after the Kass Marathon before her body was discovered lifeless at her house. 

Former Kenyan actress Barbara Chepkoech, now living in Des Moines, Iowa has offered to adopt her kids by arranging for their transition to America to live with her, the death of Chelele has greatly affected her as she was a sister and a friend to her.
