Drama in Naivasha as Jubilee Senator removes his gun and attempts to shoot at members of the public

Drama brewed in Naivasha earlier on today and this is after a nominated senator, Paul Njoroge opened fire at members of the public.

His was targeting Vivo energy CEO, Polycarp Igathe who together with his people was attempting to remove the branding on the petrol station belonging to the Senator.

As reported by Tuko, the senator apparently owns a shell petrol station in Naivasha which over the recent years has been dwindling in profits. This in turn caught the attention of Vivo energy that summoned the senator and made him aware of the predicament they stood in.

Senator Paul Njoroge
Senator attempts to shoot at Polycarp and his team

He had to put his house in order or else he would lose the exclusive rights to run as a shell petrol station. The D Day apparently came today so Polycarp and his team visited the petrol station in an attempt to remove all their branding.

The senator Paul Njoroge lay there in waiting with intentions no operations were going to take place. And if it had to take him brandishing his gun, then be it. And that is exactly what he did causing major pandemonium in the petrol station.

Polycarp has since recorded a statement at Naivasha police station and it will be interesting to see if any action will be taken against the Senator.
