First Lady Margaret Kenyatta And Her Uganda Counterpart Go Boat Riding In River Nile (Photos)

President Uhuru Kenyatta and a section of his family are in a 3-day state visit to Uganda, a visit that kicked off two days ago and which has caused a stir on social media already.

As the head of state addressed the Ugandan parliament yesterday, First Lady Margaret Kenyatta was on the hand riding the great L. Victoria and to the Nile  where she got to see the source of the longest River in the world.

River Nile, for those who have forgotten their social studies (call it GHC if you like), is the longest river in the world and empties its contents into the great Mediterranean Sea in Egypt.

That aside, in the company of Uganda’s first lady Janet Museveni, here are some of the exciting photos of their tour of the great Nile.

The First Ladies also visited a statue of the great Mahatma Gandhi whose ashes were sprinkled here according to his wish
