Ghafla! Exclusive: Kenyan Songbird Emotionally Narrates The Agony She Is Living In After Receiving Death Threats From Unknown People
A veteran songbird is crying for her life after a stranger threatened to kill her and her children.
According to veteran singer Nyota Ndogo, a man named Ben and whom she has shared his contacts in one of her social media accounts has been calling and threatening to kill her and her 2 children.

Speaking exclusively to Ghafa! Kenya through a phone call, Nyota Ndogo narrated how her life has been made miserable by the stranger who has vowed to wipe her family out.
“This is the fourth day this man has been calling me and threatening to kill me and my family,” Nyota Ndogo who sounded emotional told Ghafla! Kenya.
The singer went on to say that the stranger has told her there is no need to report the matter to the police because by the time they trace him, something worse shall have happened.
“He tells me that if I try to report this matter to the police he will make it even worse than I expected. I have never been scared like this in my entire life. This person is in a mission and it seems he is not alone because sometimes he calls from other numbers and I hear women telling him to make it quick,” she said.
Does the songbird suspect anyone in this latest scare? Has she been involved in a quarrel with anyone?
“I have never had an altercation with anyone. Those who know me well will tell you that I am the humblest person around. I love everyone, I don’t quarrel with people. Honestly I don’t suspect anyone.”
Recently you had some beef with singer Colonel Mustafa. Has it crossed your mind that he could be behind these threats?
“No! No! No! We had a disagreement yes but I don’t think Colonel will go to the extent of threatening a fellow artiste honestly. I know he can’t do that. And if he does, then it will be one of the worst shocks in my life. I know he can’t do that.”
What about your partners, I mean the men you have dated before?
“The father to my son and the one to my daughter have always kept in touch with me. They cannot do this honestly. I know that very well. They are responsible parents and are always in touch to know how their kids are faring on. I don’t suspect them at all.”
And your Mzungu husband? What is he saying about these threats?
“My husband has been out of the country for the last 4 months, he knows what I have been going through because the stranger says that he is the reason why I must die. That I chose to date a mzungu yet there are many Kenyan men around.”
Nyota Ndogo has since reported the matter to the police who she says have launched investigations into the same.
