Netflix and chill will soon be a reality in Kenya with the popular American internet streaming media service provider launching its platform across Africa. 

 The first phase of the launch only saw Kenya and South Africa receive the service. The service might not be as popular especially with the high costs of internet but Kenya has the biggest internet penetration in Africa making it a haven for internet investors. 

The service will  be  available in 3 packages as : Basic ($7.99 – Ksh. 817), Standard ($9.99 – Ksh. 1,022) and Premium ($11.99 – Ksh. 1,226). Subscribers will be able to watch their favorite TV shows and movies from their laptops, phones, tablets or smart TV’s while payments will be made via PayPal, debit card or credit card. 

This will also come with a 30 days free trial. 

Netflix is especially known for its saucy Tv series “Orange is the new black” “Daredevil” “House Of Cards” among others.
