So last Sato there I was battling my with my flue, all freezing and running nose then my pal calls me up we go clubbing. Ehe! Talk of temptation on the highest level! But who told you I didn’t go?? I already had my outfit laid out before we hung up the phone…partying is that much of a weakness to me. I made sure I Googled the right liquor to take when having a cold. So, hours later in the night there I was with my hafly reduced cold symptoms strutting around Westy, hunting for spots, then like a lit flush bulb, I remembered Ignition Nairobi just opened like the other day.
So there we went to the ‘new’ club, hopping for the best. And I must say it lived up to our expectations! The place was buzzing with sweaty bodies that looked like they have been on the dance floor for a minute. So we got ourselves some seats and the REAL partying experience started! I won’t bore you with the nitty gritty details of the rest of the night, but imma tell you this, you need to make Ignition Nairobi your new spot. Do away with all other ratchet clubs, you won’t regret. Why you may ask?
#Ambiance
Ignition team sat down and thoroughly thought of the club’s layout, the space, the Dj booth, the dancing floor, the seating (they have both lounge seats and bar stools). When you check into the club everything screams party, it’s maturely relaxed and polite.
#Prices
Prices ain’t exorbitant, shots are fairly priced even beers. Basically anything you wanna drink is priced right. Then the waiters don’t ignore you after your first buy, they went to school! They make sure they pass by your table a couple of times to ensure you good.
#An over feel
The place was flocked with some fiiine lasses and some chocolate brothers (just like I like them). Bouncers are pretty friendly, no frisking you like you two got beef. The Dj is on point, any one that has me on my feet for most part of the time is pretty dope! Hold up…the washrooms. The washrooms need a whole story on their own! Their washrooms are good. It’s big enough, fitted with mirrors, the ladies has I think for loos. Pretty good if you think of other clubs. And, there’s a waiting area. A lounge with white comfy sofas.
And I just heard kesho Dj Xclusive will be there! There’s a party themed night titled ‘Campus Night’. I think I’ll take an off day on Friday so I can show up. Campus Night is a Thursday themed night, word on the street is that it gets flocked.
Club Ignition is located on Mpaka Road in Westlands, just opposite Black Diamond.
